I liked it. Some people _say_ he takes all the credit but he often starts with thanking the workers and here he actively interrupted the governor to say it again.
Credit for what? Another bad for the environment toxic battery plant? Tesla recently signed a deal with China's leading lithium producer, open your eyes to this tax money sham.
Yes for sure, he has the ideas, he has the plan, and everyone helps him get it done! He knows for sure this visionary project cannot be done with only two hands and one mind.
@@subwarpspeed Too often people believe the negative hype. The facts are all there is. And the fact is he may have made some boneheaded mistakes, but he is one of the few good billionaires. There are plenty of accusation but precious little in actual proof.
As an investor, I couldn't be more proud of Giga Nevada. It is refreshing to see government, companies and workers acting as a team to improve everyone's lives.
Indeed, every few days lately, I've been buying Tesla stock. Anyone that actually has some understanding of what Tesla are doing, and how massively disruptive they're going to be, would be mad not to.
The First Design was enormous. When this is completed it will have half the foot print of the original design but it sounds like the same output due to manufacturing improvements. Way cool.
They already reached the original goal, with half the footprint. Now they build the rest that will be several times more productive with the 4680 cells. I think they said 7x output with the same footprint. Thanks to Maxwell's dry coating tech.
Credits to the team! As an investor of Tesla, seeing the faces of these hard working people is very special to me. And thanks to Elon, we all know what you have done for us and mankind, thank you!
@@EricGrain For me it's going well. This low stock price has been a gift, I'm grateful for it. Still ahead on my Tesla investments, even after it has come down so far. But when it hit $100 ☺️, I was able to add more shares more quickly (I don't make a ton of money, so when it was $400/sh, it was slow going). Some of the recent shares were $150/ea., a few were $120, others down around $100... I've already "made money".
Maybe he's learned to "pull his head in" a bit as we say in Oz. Would be a good bit of personal growth for him I reckon, a positive thing. He's been such a loose unit he's damaging the tesla mission with the whole twitter fiasco and his efforts to cater for the RWNJs who are entirely against any EVs.. or renewable energy etc.

Pretty awesome to see the current and former governors of Nevada on the same stage on agreeable terms, such a rare sight to see in today's polarizing climate. It was also great to see Elon give credit to his team.

As a tax cattle I am frustrated with the elon sham for tax cattle dollars. Storage batteries are horrible in every way compared to fuel and an ice engine.

The rollercoaster ride doesn't bother me at all either. Just bought more shares this morning, and if the price goes lower, I'll load the ship some more. No leverage, no options, just trying to own as much of the company as I can.
@@Half.Throttle.adventures. sorry to hear that. Truly am. Investing in an individual stock, with money that you NEED liquid in the short term, is really inadvisable. Earlier in life I would invest money that I needed, and it was so freaking stressful. Checking the price all the time. Sweating the small movements. Now I just invest what I don't need for 20+ years, I still believe they're ahead of the competition, and so I'm sitting on it. If my confidence wavers significantly, then I'd reassess my position. But so far, confidence is only increasing. Take care and I'm sure you will find more prosperous times ahead. It's a cycle.
As a middle aged father of 2 young kids, which I may not see grow to adulthood/ fatherhood, it fills my lungs and still, even today, brings a small pool to my eyes thinking of their future being brighter still everyday and every time Elon has an event announcement.

Congrats to Giga Nevada Team! The unsung heroes among Tesla factories. I'm impressed with that Elon and Tesla Team are actually implementing what has been shown at the Battery Day in 2020. I'm proud of being a Tesla shareholder.

It's exciting to see what the Nevadans are doing for electric transition. I don't care much about cars or trucks, but the batteries they build are a big deal when it comes to moving away from non-recyclable fuels. Keep up the good work.
You can tell just by looking at him that the Twitter purchase was child’s play compared to the model 3 ramp. It is great that Tesla continued to grow just fine with Elon just giving the guidance instead of having to be on the manufacturing floor 20hr a day.
This is so great to see. I remember when the factory location and agreement was announced. So many thought it would never happen, the scale was mind blowing and tesla was only a two vehicle EV company with more plans than profits. WE made it this far due to the HARD WORK DETERMINATION AND VISION of Tesla WORKERS AND MANAGEMENT. Seeing what GOVERNMENT CAN DO when it works FOR THE PEOPLE is a way to encourage us all to DEMAND MORE AND DO BETTER. Thanks for posting this Tesla and keep moving forward.
It was great to see the Governor of Nevada bring up his team and talk about his three pillars and how his priorities align with Tesla priorities because making Tesla Giga Nevada successful is also what makes Nevada successful.
@@Djfresh84 The prior Governor was present and credited for the initial deals between Tesla & Nevada. The new Governor was giving credit to specific people including former Governor in charge of enabling Tesla Giga Nevada expansion plans. Specifically Economic, Education, and Transport Safety.
A true leader is humble. When praised, Elon immediately says his people deserve the credit, not him. Here's a reason why his enterprises are so productive, innovative and functional.
Happy to see Giga Nevada take up the footprint that was planned over a decade ago. Though the role has expanded, it's only going to get even better as time goes on with innovation inside.

I moved up here from Houston 2 years ago to work here at GF1NV. I couldn't be any happier with that decision. It is good to work for a company that is having a positive impact on the environment.

@@relansis6962 You take fossil fuel energy, and you force it into a heavy chemical storage battery. This is the least dense way we know of to store energy, and it's pointless.
