The Jura Guy is here to help you get your frother working perfectly! Follow our step by step milk system cleaning procedure to ensure your system is working perfectly. This cycle needs to be run daily in order to remove milk system clogs.
If your system is unable to draw milk or cleaning solution, skip ahead to 5'30" to see how to disassemble and soak your frother to remove those stubborn milk clogs. Pro Tip: Manual disassembly is only needed if you neglect the daily/2x daily milk system cleaning. This video helps you keep your machine running great. For severe clogs, you may need to soak overnight. If the system is sputtering, you might also try running two milk system cleaning cycles back-to-back.
There are other mechanical problems that can lead to the milk system not working properly. Glad to see your channel. It seems to be aimed at the commercial users. But hope you will expand to the home Jura users. I want to buy a Jura, but the expense and effort that goes into the cleaning system, is overwhelming to me.

I have owned a Jura for a few years now, it's worked ok...but recently had some issues with the bean sensor, it says add beans when hopper is full, help would be appreciated

Hi there. I would definitely recommend our repair service to correct this. We disassemble and clean the grinder, re-install a premium stainless grinder burr profile, and tune it for best taste and extraction. This more permanently fixes the fill beans error. @@thejuraguy the grinder has been cleaned, no issue there , it's the bean hopper sensor, where is it located on a Impressa F60

@@johnwaldner743 Only way I can help you there is to strongly recommend service in our shop. Grinder disassembly is very difficult, as you might be discovering.
