@@xmsyyy I already found a solution. go to bios then use the plus and minus keys on your keyboard to adjust the ram speed.

so if your looking for a specific option like me (amd ftpm) you can just watch this instead of going into the bios yourself which saves a lot of time

maybe some users are not sure if a specific option is present in the motheboard :)
