I own this motherboard it’s great the only problem i have is sometimes the motherboard doesn’t recognize my ssd using fast boot ill have to unplug my ssd start the pc and shut it down then replug my ssd then it works fine for a week Im hoping this gets fixed with a update

@@bertogates9718 lets just say I will never buy a gigabyte mobo ever again I am now using the arous extreme z590 $850 usd and I have all new problems. I am using 2 970evo plus 2tb a one 980pro 2 tb and 2 870 evo 2 tb I was maxing out the storage controller I think that was my problem before. I have all ways used asus top of the line mobos but this time I couldn’t buy them.. good luck bro I hope you don’t have any problems!!!

Great review, and great looking board... the feature set is ideal. Might have to consider it, despite all the cautionary tales about Gigabyte's terrible RMA service

This board support Bifurcation Adapter Cards? if so what cards would be best?

Nobody uses thunderbolt…….so that’s a moot point. Also, nobody will notice a difference between PCIe 4.0 and 3.0……..so not that important either. What is important is the bios options available. I’ve used Gigabyte boards that only had an “offset voltage” for the CPU. Brutal for overclocking.

Im also using a cooler master subzero and im running 5.4 ghz on all cores using the default settings in the over clocking app at around 7c idling and in game up to 35c

Strange. I've had a good look and listen and can't see or hear anything and there is also no mention of it via the AORUS web with the other cooling spec. 🧐
