Gigantamax Snorlax & Greedent Eat Berries to Defeat Legendaries on Pokémon Showdown

So I really wanted to make a team around Gigantamax Snorlax and their unique max move; Max Replenish, which has a 50% chance to recycle back the berries consumed by Snorlax and their ally. I tried to make my team using pokemon who could exploit this mechanic as much as possible, as opposed to building a strong competitive pokemon team, but I hope you all enjoy! Soaking Incineroar and Trevenant, not only can it weaken the power of darkest lariat, allowing Trevenant to power up with curse, but it also let Incineroar getting killed by burn. I just love how weedle being able to come up some battle ideas that no one else would thought of.

You know what's the funniest part about that first battle? Zacian can learn Sacred Sword, the physical Fighting type move that ignores Defense boosts. That person could have handily defeated your Greedent if they weren't all "durrhurr more power = better". In an environment where stat buffs are easier to gather thanks to Dynamax, I would legit place Sacred Sword above Close Combat.

Probably because the ghost curse version isn't very good and you are giving up a moveslot just so that your ghost pokemon can use the good version of curse. It is still really cool though. What a flex.

This first battle is exactly why I'd consider Sacred Sword over Close Combat. Ignoring defensive boosts sounds more valuable in a Dynamax-legal environment than extra damage and defense drops if you ask me.

Thinking about it, Weedle would probably be the most fun and terrifying person to battle in pokemon. Fun because they always seem to be playing around with different ideas for teams. Terrifying because you won't know if they're going to pull some hilarious bullshit (totally legitimate) out suddenly. The only thing you can expect for sure is that they *will* have weakness policy. Disclaimer: I have been known to be wrong on more than one occasion.
