I love hand stitching on paper. Thanks for reminding me to do more of it. Also the Tim holtz ruler has tiny holes in it that you can use to poke holes evenly.

I hope that your therapy session was helpful. I've struggled with many of your same issues when I was younger. At 81 I finally love myself and that's the big issue. Therapy is very very helpful I also have a faith. Each day I look at the mountains and I answer three questions what do I like about myself what am I grateful for and what am I looking forward to. I do a similar mindfulness exercise. It's called GLAD. Every evening I write down G-grateful for L-learned today A-archived today D- delighted by today Some days I don't believe what I'm writing down and I do it anyway.

@@FunLifeOnABudget there is a saying I heard an Al-Anon fake it till you make it and I have found that it works. It is not being false it is just believing in that which is best and it will come around. Blessings and love

Oh wow ….du stickst/ nähst oder was auch immer 🙈🙈😅…das mache ich auf keinen Fall 🤣🤣🤣🤣…ich glaube mich zu erinnern, dass du bei dem Kreuzstich erst alle /////// in die Richtung und dann zurück in die \\\\\\\\\ Richtung machen solltest/ könntest….oder so 🤣🤣 Aber ich bin da echt absolut kein Profi…..meine Mama hat ganz viel gestickt, die hatte das voll drauf
