Flounder is one of my all time favorite fish to eat. Rick with night stalker guide service took me out a few months back and I got hooked. I had to make a trip back down to do some flounder gigging. Sure enough rick put us on the fish and we walked away with two limits after only and hour or two of fishing. He showed us how to clean the flounder whole as well as how to properly fillet a flounder. These fish are probably some of the cleanest fish you will ever taste. I took our catch home and made an amazing stuffed flounder dish. I hope you all enjoyed this video!

Stuffed flounder and stuffed crabs are a delicacy here in southwest Louisiana, put some shrimp and crab meat in there and slow smoke on the pit, ooooyie you will never eat it any other way

Flounder limit drops from 5 to 2 Nov 1 in Texas. Gigging is prohibited Nov 1-Dec 1. I guess it's time for a vacation if you're a flounder guide.

Don't get me wrong, as I love your videos and follow them religiously. However, I have to ask; do you ever eat any wild game or fish without smothering it with that "critter glitter" stuff? Given the delicate flavor of many cuts of wild game and most species of fish, it would seem that covering it with this critter glitter would mask this delicate flavor, comparable to grinding up filet mignon to make Hamburger Helper with. On that same note, admittedly, I have never tried critter glitter nor do I know what it's made of. On another note, if you ever come to Maine to fish for our native WILD eastern brook trout, try it simply steamed and then dipped in sweet cream butter. This is known as "poor man's lobster," and is pretty hard to beat. Keep up the great work on your videos!

Love flounder I like to chop peppers up and mix them with spinach cream cheese cheddar cheese and crawfish then we stuff it but we do it different we don't cut down the back we sock it out just take all the bones out and it's a sock lol stuff the shit out of it then smoke it.

Adam Barrow its not actually called fake but Imitation. You can get Imitation Lobster and Crab here in Texas. It’s way less expensive than the real thing and taste almost as good. You can hardly tell the difference.
