A Lebron fanboy tried to argue with me in the comment section of that Chapman video that Jordan’s large hands wasn’t an advantage. Even Gilbert who is a platinum member Bronsexual agrees than having large hands was an advantage. Even Kobe envied MJ’s and Dr J’s huge hands and Kobe was highly skilled himself. Large hands are an undeniable asset in basketball period. Look up the video of Jordan snagging a rebound out of the air with one hand against the Hawks and shooting off that rebound in one motion.

Yup. Vince as well. Huge hands probably really helps with one handed dunks as well. In addition to the large hands, Jordan also had a wide thumb. Helped him with gripping the ball even better than another person with hands of similar size but who didn't have a wide thumb (Kawhi). There is a video clip on RU-vid where Jordan talks about it.

Kawhi has the same huge hands he's just not as fast, athletic, fluid, and agile as MJ was. His robotic movements and slow first step limit him in some ways. He utilized his hands more so on the defensive end. That's what helped him win DPOY twice.

Of course everyone with big hands aren’t god at basketball and you have to work but you’re able to do things that others can’t. For example he wouldn’t have been able to do those amazing highlight layups and don’t if he had averaged sized hands. Not only that people have to really study Michael Jordan’s game he was one of the craftier players who relied a lot on technique and where he was on the court he almost broke the game down to a science he was at his best when he got to his sweet spot on the court the way he would break down players not only on defense when I’m offense as well is something that is a lost art.
