True and not so true. True yes he will do time most likely at a cupcake medium security facility that wont feel like prison prison. I don't think they said where he was going yet or I didn't see it out there. Not true is the 18 months he was sentenced to 40 months plus 3 yrs probation and will most likely do 34 months. This ain't like State court with good behavior off and all that. Fed time you have to do at least 85% of your sentence which in this case would be 34 months they call it good time credit. Still, this is very stupid when you think he made $36 million during his NBA career and even if you took half and just said to taxes that $18 million there is no way he should be doing petty $100K licks
