It's almost like the Gilbert pd needs investigated and officers need arrested or refusal to act. More kids were harmed at the officers lack of decide action. As a CO, we face time if we fail to act. You should be held to the same standard. I've heard nothing but bad things about Gilbert pd and no to waste time applying there.
A curfew enforced might help. What did any of them need to be on the streets (without parents) at that hour? If they were all minors - they should have been home (or at least with a parent/gardian).
The police are not responsible for other people's children acting like animals. The families need to take responsibility for their kids' actions. Police can not control this behavior.
This isn’t just bad behavior, they literally killed someone. This is criminal and they need to have consequences for their actions. Their entire life these spoiled rich kids do whatever they want without consequences. Obviously the parents didn’t do a good job, that damn sure does not exempt them. You are basically saying the police aren’t responsible for finding and charging murderers because they weren’t raised right. Get a grip…🤦♂️🤡
@slugger2280 that is not what I was saying. I agree 150% they should be charged. I was referring to one of the people here saying it's the police caused the death & violence. They did not cause it. Exactly what you said - bad parenting, spoiled, entitled kids.
If you arrest everyone because someone else insists that person hit them, everyone will have a pending court date. Time for this group of reporters to grow up and take a basic law class. How can you be this stupid?
