I started work on the 50cc, cleaned the carb, I went to put power abd it had none at all. So definitely got wiring issues at this stage.

Hey Charlie, I’m going through all your older videos and enjoying them , also before I proceed I wanted to sayI’m not gonna try to change your methods cos they work for you, and have done for years. It makes me cringe a little when I see you time and time again searching through wind blown leaves paper and crap on the floor for delicate pieces of carburettors and other tiny components, why don’t you use an old dinner tray to drop all your bits in. What do you think? I’m not getting on to you I want you to know, I’m just trying to make your life easier. I would be around there offering my free time if you lived near me. I love all that, I’m not bad with paint spraying either but alas your in the Smokey and I don’t mean 2 stroke either. I also have great respect for your kind hearted outlook and charitable deeds. Your highly esteemed in my book.

Hi David. I'm getting better now days with stuff like that mate, I've got the magnet tool holders on the wall, a bunch of nut and screw wall mounted trays and a tray as you suggested for holding the bits and bobs. Every now and again I pull myself together and get a little more sorted bit by bit. My problem is that I work at the garage until my arms want to fall off and when I'm fully finished I just dump the stuff for next time. But I've now put time limits on my days which really helps. Thanks for watching mate and leaving some feedback. As a child I used to spend time with locals who were servicing bikes and cars etc and that's one of the big things I like to do now days. Let people come, chat, work on bikes etc. Cheers mate

It's soo strange... the DNA starts you can hear it then just cuts out... screams fuel starvation as if it only gets whilst the pump is going on the starter. As soon as you let go it goes... definitely interesting. Any news on the ER5? New fuel tap on order? Great video Charlie!

The dna has a few problems which I'm learning the more I watch the vid. The intake manifold dosnt have a nipple for suction hence why the fuel isn't being sucked. If there used to be one then the manifold has a hole on it which would impact the running. The diaphragm didn't look good either. So I've got a new carb to try. The er5 has a new oil filter and oil but none of the tap fix stuff yet. Fingers crossed it turns up tomorrow
