I totally agree with you, Ginger! I’m 73 female just diagnosed a month ago. Like you, I use exercise to manage the symptoms with no medication. I dance, go to gym, play Tai Chi and deep breathing. I also take supplements. Hopefully I can slow the progression of the disease. Thank you for sharing your experience.
