Ginger Rogers - The SAllen Show 

This is hilarious! I so need to get all of her TV appearances.

Ginger has always been a wonderful comedic talent, in my opinion. And SO smokin hot....wow!

She is Hilarious , That's why I love her so much and the fact that is sooo gorgeous!!!

And managed to stay gorgeous well into her late 70's!

Ginger was incredibly versatile. She's almost 50 here, but she could give any girl in Hollywood a run for the money. And, aside from being a good dramatic actress, singer, dancer, she can deliver a funny line, even when those lines are stale and worn out. We won't see the likes of Ginger Rogers again.

Ginger was never known for being a barrel of laughs in real life, but she's awfully funny here, breathing new life into cornball humor.

That's a pretty good bit. It's strange hearing Henny Youngman's jokes delivered like that. Henny used to rattle them off rapid-fire. Here, you already know the punchlines and the anticipation makes it all the funnier. This reminds me of a bit on Ernie Kovacs' show, in which his wife, Edie Adams, portrays Marilyn Monroe singing "The Ballad of Davy Crockett".

love that image! - hotter than Diana Dors and Mansfield ! - wish I could find the Steve Allen shows in good shape rather than weak 3rd or worse generation dubs from TV broadcasts in the 80's-90 ;^(
