This island was following the state of Tunisia but unfortunately now it belong to the itlaien gouvernement .Even from the name of the island (Pantelleria) still bears witness to the truth and the meaning of the word which is an arabic meaning '' son of wind''...soon or later everything will return

tell me when you think Pantelleria belonged to Tunisia? The Arabic names simply mean that there was an Arabic domination as in much of the Mediterranean. From 1087 the maritime republics of the Mediterranean Sea allied themselves to expel the Muslims from Christian lands. In 1123 the Normans landed in Sicily, to annex it to the Kingdom of Sicily. Since then the various italian kingdoms have succeeded: the Savoy, then the Bourbons and finally in 1861 Pantelleria was annexed to the Regno d'Italia, and from this moment on it's history is linked to the history of Italy. Even in the Second World War in June 1942 there was the battle of Pantalleria and in 1943 the liberation of Italy from Nazi-fascism began with a massive American bombing of the island. Tell me WHEN was Pantelleria belonged to Tunisia? Tell me about the real history, not the one you made up.
