Giovannie's partners in crime (the two lesbians) killed Giovannie and took the loot for themselves, but Giovannie's guardian angel (the little boy) showed up at the hospital and used his heavenly powers to revive him. Then he finds an unlikely friend in the nurse, who rides with him around town while people throw him masks to protect his identity, because they know he is one of the three outlaws who stole the money. He and the nurse get revenge on the women who tried to kill him, and the boy at the end is mourning at the graves because they were the two people he has a crush on.
