I 100% agree and I think that idea is throw around so much that everyone growing up seeing these kinds of things think they have to be able to expose themselves in order to be confident/love themselves. Which is not the case. I think exposing yourself online is just a way to feel accepted by others and to me thats shows that they are not very confident or happy with themselves after all.

Tamera is 100% on point about Europeans being completely open about their bodies, and not offended by nudity, but instead celebrating it. I saw that. I was in Germany with some friends, and we decided to go to the sauna. Once we were there, all people started taking off their clothes. I was completely embarrassed, and started blushing. I was shocked. Complete culture shock. I didn't want to be culturally closed-minded, so I went in naked as well, but....wasn't expecting that. Also, I am one of those people you would consider open minded, and happy with my body, but I guess what made me uncomfortable was seeing others naked without warning. And they didn't think it was a big deal. I know it wasn't a big deal, but since I am not used to their culture, it can definitely make you realize just how sheltered us Americans can be.

I feel like it's TRUE and it's not true cause if your not true with yourself sometimes it manifests in other ways. Like maybe it could get taken out on your kids and I know some people say it's this selflessness that when you have a child it's all about them. If you neglect yourself it will show. I think there needs to be a balance of giving to yourself and giving yourself to others.

First of all I LOVE watching your show and I think all of you are BEAUTIFUL in your own way. However. I really dont agree with Adrienne on this one, still love her though! I beleive we are all responsible for the ways in which we influence the people around us to a certain extent. Kim can not make a young person pose naked for likes but you would be very blinded to beleive that with the influence she has on social media that she doesn't heavily influence the way in which other young women behave in these online platforms. I think kim is beautiful inside and out but I dont think sharing images like this is necessary.
