I admire the SFL for not being the scheming and cruel one like in most dramas. She's clear-headed and can differentiate between right and wrong. She knows her husband is a delusional maniac and she rather help the other girl escape from his grasp, while she suffer from love that she will never get in this lifetime.

I love this. She saw her worth as a wife, not a concubine. She develops feelings for her husband. He grows to love her, too. I love how she got revenge on him. The ending was great. Her son is emperor, and I BET SHE IS REGENCY UNTIL HE OLD😊😊😊😊 ENOUGH. ❤❤❤❤❤

Loved her and her courage. She had the guts to avenge her husband. The Gu guy was a psychopath 101 he stalked this poor woman found her killed her husband then coerced and forced her to sleep with him he is not the 2ml he is the villain

Good watch,love the way the writer make the FL choose dignity and self worth rather than being a mistress with wealth.Good storyline with good cast acting and plot twist with revenge served and happy ending.

Story line is new. the chemistry between her husband and the crown prince is undeniably good, all actors did a very good job portraying their role. Still sad for the husband though

Worth watching 👏👏👏 Different from other Chinese drama👏👏👏 The crowned prince (CP) is obsessed to FL. Even though, she's already married to a cashier/ML, the CP didn't stop pursuing the FL. After 5 yrs of elopement, CP killed the ML and captured both FL and ML's son. Although, the ending is sad, at least the FL has killed the CP 👏👏👏

結局不好😒劇中還說男主是皇子，卻保護不到妻兒最後還給殺了，編劇也太扯了吧😒😒😒

One of the best ones I've seen for a while. Loved the relationship between the 2 FL. It was refreshing to see the 2FL supporting the main FL, and recognising that her delulu husband was the problem. So many times we are shown women blaming other women for problems caused by men. ❤

Great plot, I haven't seen anything similar so far. So many of the good characters died, though. And I'm soooo happy for the actress playing FL, she finally got a leading role instead of being vicious step-sister!

Finally a drama where princess is sensible and acting reasonably.. She knows its her husband who is wrong not the Girl.. I like princess more than FL.. Little disappointed with ML he had so many years to create his alliance or become powerful and wealthy but he didn't , ok lets assume he don't want power or his plan was not ready but he still had 5 years to atleast create a safe escape plan for his family in emergency.. just died in vain 😔 yet the story was quite different

So different from the ones we normally see..The fL fighting for a common life, the 2ML[aka the husband of the fL] hiding a treacherous identity, which if discovered could've killed him ,his wife and the child[for after all no left over prince/princess from the previous dynasty, are left alive] and that eternal lover, our story's ML..the ML who has been playful, never bothered to pay attention to his career, falls in love with the fL, even reaches her room, before his forced marriage to the PM's daughter but leaves the room after talking to the FL..she doesn't get convinced to be his concubine--as her mother suffered being one and after the FL's father died, they were thrown out..for a concubine doesn't marry, enters through the back door and has no virtue..there is no property division nor education for the kids..if the concubine was smart enough and saved money, then that was the ONLY security for her...growing up with an aunt, the fL realised this and NEVER wanted to share a Husband..the ML being used to luxury and power, tries various ways to coax her and to his virtue, even the night before his marriage, but doesn't fORCE her[he seems to be a good man]..but his obsession never changes..his sick wife protects the FL[a change from normal 2FL] but can only do so much...the FL gets caught, in the ML's mansion when pregnant and the Ml doesn't abort her kid, again showing his love and obsession but the 2FL helps the fL find her away back to her husband.the FL and her husband have a kid, they change places but are found..the ML starts studying and climbing up the ladder--all for the power to find the fL and he does so..but by then he has changed, he has become ruthless and kills her husband...he then forces her to give in to him and the fL obliges...that turns into the last night, as the fL kills him..A TRAGEDY, for all the 3 loved each other but couldn't get to live with their choice of a life partner..the fL becomes the empress dowager and installs her so on the throne..but what if the rebellion had failed, would the fL give up her life and her son's life,would be the question? or would she have found a safe haven with the ML, through compromise?_* 🤩😍💯💞👍👍👍👍👍✌✌✌✌✌👌👌👌👌👌

Nicely done. A different plot. Pity that the male lead couldn't get his throne that he trained for so hard but it's understandable as he was on the run with wife and son. The prince's wife deserved better. What a woman! And the villain got what he deserved. He destroyed their family for his obsession. Yes, obsession. A bit of a slow mo and soft music doesn't make it love. He lost just when he thought he won. Served him right!

A little disappointed with the storyline, ML did not have a comeback. FL had more intimate scenes with SML. At least the SFL with a brain and did not follow the usual plot.

This drama was nice my only opt is she could have kill him without sleeping with him just how she drugged him she could have used poison. He has been obsessing over her for so long no dare disturb them by the time his right hand man reached he would already be dead. That is a woman's scorn.

This is a story of 4 characters sad entanglement…I admire the 2 women characters they have the strength of will to defend their beliefs despite of the great odds they are facing.instead of the usual bitter rivalry between women for man’s affection we see 2 women come together to overcome their fate. Man’s obsession is his own destruction. I guess the female lead is characterized as having a face that can destroy a kingdom.

Es una historia triste, pero me gustó. El villano resulta ser la obsesión que tiene el principe por la protagonista y eso le causa al mismo tiempo la muerte. El marido de la protagonista súper lindo jajajaja. Su muerte fue triste. El final pues esperado después de tantas muertes, pero gratificante a la vez. Ella hizo justicia.
