I guess all I learnt from this anime is that slapping your partner is now okay and is "for their own good" as said at the end of this video. What a lovely thing to know that society has resulted in domestic abuse no matter the gender.
Hey guys! The anime is called itakiss! But there is also a Japanese show that falls exactly like this anime called "Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo" It's really worth it! I'd wish I could re watch it from a new fresh too. It also have two seasons! Good luck guys!

I'll be honest I watched the live-action version of the series way back in the day and I hated it. I hate series where someone is falling over someone who treats them like trash. To me it was a horrible relationship where one was obsessive and the other one was manipulative and neither knew proper boundaries.
Oh gosh…this whole anime was a whole rollercoaster 😭 not kotoko being so obsessive with a guy who literally gave her mixed signals every time and always cold to her. Personally I think their relationship is just not it….
