poor baby, I was so scared for her!! Such a sweet girl, I am glad those men had no intention of hurting her and just robbing the house. They knocked first to see if someone was home and thought the house was empty, I hate thieves!! I hate that they steal from hard working everyday people, it angers me!
They was asking two many questions to the child .what is the man heard her talking on the phone .that was very annoying to sit here and hear he.r stupid

@@irlelliewilliams simple questions like that are supposed to take your mind off things and give you an "anchor point". Using the favorite color example, you probably get asked that a lot and know the answer right away, which makes you feel more in control.
This happend to me once.my mom's boyfriend started screaming for something and was breaking everything in my house and he picked her up and wouldn't let her go she was screaming GO TO LUCAS'S HOUSE CALL 911 so I ran to my friends house told them what happend they called 911 and I told them what happened then there was about 3 or 4 cops there and 2 of them talked to my mom then the rest talked to me and the guy drove off before they were their. sort off like this video I was in the exact situation and I'm also 11

It was the saddest thing ever when she said to the dispatcher “Oh, please, I beg you, help me!” And then having to bed to 3 scary men? She was braver right then than most people would be(me to probably)

Ah what bravery! So proud she stayed so calm and collected and mature. That’s a smart girl. So glad she was okay. My heart broke for her when she said “please don’t hurt me I won’t tell I promise” you could hear the fear in her voice but she remained strong.
no physical harm, but mentally and physiologically... that poor child. i send all of my healing energy toward her and i hope to god, like a tree that grows around any mishaps to its trunk, she grows through this. that poor girl. i know how that danger she faced must feel :(

I’ve heard some REALLY good dispatchers on the phone with kids, and then I hear ones like this. She didn’t help comfort the girl or even sound like she really cared. She didn’t give her directions like tell her where she should go or what to do.... that’s sad. Imagine being in her situation at only 11 years old....
