I’m in the military police for the US so I can answer some questions. First, the room they’re trapped in with the gas masks is tear gas. They have to all take they’re masks off and breathe in the air so the know they can trust their equipment (the masks). For the pepper spray they have to get sprayed in the eyes and they have to open them. I can confidently tell you that getting pepper sprayed was the most excruciating pain I’ve felt in my life, then on top of it you have to complete a series of obstacles. Lastly, the taser isn’t that bad. I did it and I would rather get tased everyday for a week than pepper sprayed once
The fart box is filled with tear gas. The idea being: if you can recite a long, wordy pledge whilst breathing in tear gas, you can focus amidst chaos and thus be a better soldier.
I’ve been pepper sprayed and tazed by police at this jail tour thing they did. And I can tell you that getting tazed is way better than getting pepper sprayed. Worst pain I’ve ever had been in.
I remember basic training. Although I don't remember the pepper spray shot. I knew there were people getting tazed. And I did the "gas chamber" yes that small building where people are coughing and spitting up. That's how they test our ability to put on a gas mask in case of any chemical warfare. They won't let you leave until everyone is coughing. It sucks but it's a learning lesson
This ain’t shit. When I was in the Marines I lost 60lbs in training alone. However… every branch has their own techniques and ways to keep this great country safe. Well, idk about the Space Force.
Those rooms are gas chambers they make you go three and recite the us army mission statement and then they can leave the chamber my cousin had to do it
