Maya made a really good point, that Lucas' grandfather should be proud of him, regardless, but it's also true that he should face his fears. On another note, I do like the way Maya's feelings for him are indicated.
Ok so you know how the commentator says “Lucas Friar tangles with tombstone”? Well in earlier episodes of GMW Lucas says to Maya, “you wanna tangle with me” and she says “not yet”. Is nobody understanding the significance of the bull?! Maya represents the bull! Ironically because she doesn’t want Lucas to ride it but later when Lucas is talking to the bull he goes “when I found out I might have a chance with you well..that was about the scariest moment of my life” basically saying when he found out he might’ve had a chance with Maya he was nervous!! Maya represents the bull!! That’s so significant throughout this whole Texas storyline I don’t understand how people can’t understand that😂
I can see why people would say maya cares more for Lucas than Riley, but it's not that it's more it's just that it's different. Different doesn't always have to be greater than or less than. Maya didn't want to see Lucas get hurt that's how she cares for home. Riley wanted to see him complete something that he wanted to do. She was helping him follow his dreams. If it wasn't something that he wanted to do I honestly think she would have recognized that and not pushed him. I should also state that I am team maya and Lucas. Not Lucas and Riley. I just wanted to point out that they both care for him the same just in different ways. Also I think if you look at this this way it's kind of brillant. It just again shows how Riley and Maya are different...even in the way that they show that they care for someone.
This is a very good clip. It reminds all of us that life can be very Challenging At Times. We All Have to Make To Make Tough Decisions in Life. It is the truth. To Him Be The Glory. Thanks, Disney.
The Bow umm same with maya in ndw years and it's worse becuse Riley acutally did talk to maya Maya in new years never once talked to Riley about how she feels becuse she was selfish
Lucas wasn't to focused on Maya leaving but when Riley was gonna go run after her Lucas stopped Riley and said I kinda like u to watch. That means #RUCASISLIFE
+Kiné Mullin Your love doesn't hold you back from achieving a goal and being proud of yourself. Riley realized that, you have to let people take risk in life or they'll never live.
Since she and Riley were the reason he was even doing the competition at all, AND they had already gone all the way back to Texas, it was a little late for Maya to suddenly ask him to back out at that point.
what a love triangle. Lucas likes Riley, Maya likes Lucas, farkel likes Riley and Maya, and Riley did like Lucas but then it was awkward when they kisses so she changed her mind.
Maybe Riley likes Lucas, but he doesn't have faith in her Lol. He only liked the part of Riley that gave him confidence, but when Riley was given the task of knowing whether people were naturally good or evil, he left class early and covered his face with a book. When Riley tries to be a cheerleader, they all didn't have faith in her except Farkle. Farkle is the one who tells everyone if this is what she wants then let her be because she is always there for us and it's our turn now
My reaction to this left me amused and confused: I get where Maya is coming from, but come on--if Lucas comes out of this unscathed or scathed, he will still be alive and their friendship will be unchanged, and by never speaking to him again, won't she only be depriving herself of that Lucas charm and goodness?
Kimberly Wibowo umm same could be said for Maya like in new years and atleasts Riley talked to maya in new years wjen riles was sad maya never once acutally talked to her becuse she was too busy in Lucas land she was a terrible friend to Riley
Who else thinks this was really selfish of maya. I understand she didn't want him to get hurt but everyone else supported him and I feel like she should have too.
Maya was actually the only one with freaking sense. Lucas was thinking of making his grnadfather proud while Riley and the rest wanted to support him But Maya was the only one among the gang who realised how dangerous it could be. We're not talking about a scratch or a broken leg but an actual death
how is encouraging someone to do something dangerous and out of their abilities respecting them?? Remember, Lucas didn't want this since the girls were one who signed him up without his knowledge. The guy right before Lucas, who according to Lucas, "taught him everything he knows", was like seriously injured riding a bull. Just because Lucas luckily succeeded without any injury does not make Riley correct. If your friend was going to jump off a cliff for some reason, and you encouraged them, and they survived without any injury, does that make you a great friend then???
@@leedo4030 Maya and Riley were the ones who signed him up in the first place. And then they'd gone all the way back to Texas. It was too late for Maya to suddenly change her mind by that point.
