This is not a old house. In china they have a lot unfinished house construction, i think this is one of the unfinished one and the contractor run away with their money.

Just Only hope they would have water proof the rooftop floor, waterproof the exposed balconies and properly insulate the small hut roof. Seems to have just laid wood over hard cement. Not good over rainy days.

Ya’ll did a really good job REMODELING that home… it’s a bit to modern for me, I would have restored the brick walls!! I cringe when brick is covered up with I plaster and wood ceilings I would have just stained and kept it raw! But it’s not my place it’s yours and I hope you enjoy it and all of your hard work!! Bravo kid!!
Nicely done, I absolutely love the what I’ll call the space room and the Pikachu room. Very creative with the railings. And the selection of the tile in the bathroom, I would have never thought to use 3 different ones but it works out beautifully. Do you have your own channel? I love to see more of your work.
