Been praying for a husband. Long story short. Few months ago as i lay in bed at mid day i asked God if i could see my future husbands face. Wipe up. At night, if you showered before sex, I don't think you shower again after. Just clean yourself..if you didn't shower before sex that night, then shower after. Go to bed. If you have sex at 3am. I think you just clean your vagina and go back to sleep. No one is showering all day.

Hi ladies I'm 28 and have never had sex but that will change pretty soon. I have a question for y'a'll. Do you believe the only reason you have not had sex yet is because you are not married? I always felt the only time id be ready to have sex was within marriage because it felt very sacred to me,I wasn't even kissing anyone and that's what felt right for me. I was not ready to open myself emotionally to a man in that way, my heart was very guarded as I had not healed from unresolved trauma. And for me if my hearts not open, neither are my lips nor my legs. And now that I'm in a different place emotionally spiritually and physically...i am just NOW ready to take on that part of life. So for me it wasn't just about a decision to wait until marriage. I had also recognised I wasn't ready for any of that, even marriage and it definitely was not going to happen unless I could get to a place that I could connect to a man in that way. It wouldn't have mattered if I was 28, 45, or 69. It was very challenging to heal but I was open and led by the spirit. I'm still healing but God turned my life around. I would like to know more about your story's if you are willing to share.

It helps knowing you are a clinical psychologist which demonstrates I know I can definitely do this. You are a God-send. I grew up COGIC as well and understand the importance of having these talks. This helped so much because I’m 17 and I’m being raised by my grandmother and we talked plenty about this. I loved this video so much. Sex was totally unspoken of growing up and my mother shamed me when she found out I was sexually active. I don’t hold a grudge though! As I got older, I realized her views on sex were generationally passed on to her and then to me. You should be a speaker at high schools around the country. Even with so called sex education, our young people are growing up woefully ignorant about protecting themselves and taking care of themselves. Too many parents are leaving sex education to the schools, and they aren’t talking with their children. It takes more than a semester of health education, which is usually where sex Ed is taught, just for a week or two.

I use it before (if I meet my significant other after work) and after sex. Ladies please listen to Dr. Nina, because sitting next to you and I can smell you is embarrassing. Keep a Time of the Month Kit with you for little touch ups. And even though I’ve been in a committed relationship for a while, I still get tested and ask him to do the same. You should be secure enough to discuss this with your partner. Remember Sex doesn’t have to stop after 50, 60, or older. But you have to be alive.

Unfortunately most men are ignorant or unconcerned about their female partners hygienic needs much less their sexual needs. And young girls need a trusted, knowledgeable, honest, source of information about sex and their bodies. Ultimately they are the ones who must to know how to protect their health. As a man who enjoys sex with women I feel I should know as much about the female anatomy that is practical and pertinent to my partner's and my health and pleasure. Just makes sense to me. 👍😉
