I absolutely loved this video. From the reminders of all your pregnancy journeys, to your surgery, to injections, to your new skin, pigmentation and health routines. And it serves as a reminder to why we fell in love with this channel in the first place. Blanca, I think because of your line of work, you’re susceptible to feeling many body insecurities. And me - as a supporter of many different beauty/fashion/lifestyle channels I have my own insecurities. Even though my opinion shouldn’t matter, I want you to know that I think your skin and body is gorgeous at its current state. I’m so glad you’re deciding to go the natural route and put in hard work to achieve your goals. It’s NOT easy. But it’s amazing to see you be that go-getter and setting yourself up for success (ie: hiring a trainer). This video is so helpful to women in general. You don’t even have to be a mom to pick up advice. ❤

Yes thank you for talking vitamins! They are SO important- I’d like to add a cleanse does wonders as well. Our bodies need a “restart”. I use probiotics for 1 month straight then do every 6 months to keep your gut clean ❤

Skin aging is mostly caused by lack of moisture, it gets dried out and that’s when wrinkles happen. Try to avoid washing your face in the morning, I know it sounds gross lol but your skin builds up all the natural oils you need overnight. I don’t wash my face with soap in the morning, only melt ice. Works wonders. Salma Hayek does it too 😉

When you have lipo /bbl, the fat cells are removed from certain areas and put in others so you won’t grow fat on your stomach but the fat that was inserted into your butt will continue to grow

@@evelynalvarez5713 This is true to an extend. Many girls after a bbl/lipo gain back weight in their stomach and others areas that were lipo. I had a bbl/lipo and Im the same as Evette, I haven’t gained much weight on my belly, but all Im saying not everyone is thus lucky.

Loved the video! Thank you for being so transparent pregnancy and postpartum is definitely not easy..went through the same issue with super high pigmentation during pregnancy but yes ordinary definitely did wonders. Also you should maybe take a look at your gallbladder I had gallstones during pregnancy and had the same pain you described and never thought it would be from that.. after two weeks from delivering my baby I had an emergency surgery to get my gallbladder removed.

I used the ordinary toner on my armpits during my entire pregnancy for Oder and so that they don’t get super dark and I am so happy I did because my armpits did not get dark!!

There are some things that can be altered naturally and others that can't. Loose skin isn't easily fixed. I know someone who got weight loss surgery and a tummy tuck and less than a year later gained the weight back. Diet and exercise are necessary to maintain the results.
