the thing that helps me get over some one is no communication with them at all. I've found out that the only reason my ex wanted me in my life was to use me for things because he knew I still would. We dated on and off for 7 years and we started talking again after 2 years of him having a kid with someone who turned out to be really toxic. I was finally over him when we started talking so i thought itd be okay even tho i knew there was a small bit of hope of us coming back together and stayin and i got feelings for him again and it just turned out bad and recently he only talked to me when he needed something but never answered when i needed him, and ignored me a whole week. So I knew 4 weeks ago that I should just cut him off and not let him back in at all. He would say he isn't toxic, but I am for leaving all those times but what he is doing now has felt toxic and very off setting. I just couldn't take it anymore. I've been a lot more at peace recently with my decision knowing i've put the pin in it and he's gone for good.

I actually just got on the shot as well and I’m 25. I’ve heard about the mood swings and that it makes you fat which are the downsides but I hear it’s amazing for people with really bad periods. I don’t have a terrible one but I still did it to see how it works 😁

I used to have really bad periods too .... same symptoms as you. I had about 1 good day a month!!! My doctor put me on birth control pills. Unfortunately, both my girls had my same periods as me and they went on birth control pills too but I called them period control pills !!!! You would think that the medical field would have this problem under control.....Love You

I got my first period at 13 and I get a bit annoyed hearing about how people feel so much pain while on it as I don’t. I get minor cramps but I feel like my legs feel slightly weak, I hate feeling like an alien when girls complain. I also hate when people say getting it at 13 was late. Personally, now I’m almost 18, and I don’t like the feeling of it when there’s a lot I guess and having to go to the restroom just in case. I don’t understand how girls vomit from it though, I also find it odd.

Rosie.... Look into what is going on - maybe endometriosis. Lots of things that cause severe pain and irregular cycles can also cause infertility. Don't wait till you are grown and married to figure out what's going on cuz it can be too late to save your fertility. I learned this the hard way.
