German Doner Kebab in Fulham.
Sorry it's been a while - been doing lots of projects on my other social channels so haven't been focusing on RU-vid as much sadly, but will try to get better!

Its not irony... there's no point in drinking the extra sugar, just with the bread its way enough carbohydrates to keep your pancreas busy... the challenge its to finish the food, there is no need to end up diabetic in the process... And so I've heard, the carbonation in the drink helps them to eat more... that's why they always have diet soda with them besides water...

I mean the state his water's left in is usually pretty gross but there's a charm to his food-cramming that she kind of lacks... but she's got long blonde hair and blue eyes so I guess that's all she really needs to be better right 😉

"Döner" is mean rotary or return or revolve in turkish language, kebab is called "döner kebab" because it returns when it is cooking .A variety of doner kebab made in Turkey. Et Döner (meat lamb or beef), Tavuk Döner (chicken), Hatay döner, İskenderun Döner, Bursa İskender Döner, Yaprak Döner, Sucuk Döner, Sebzeli Döner, Odun ateşinde döner, Cağ Kebabı vs.vs.vs.vs.

Just to wrap this up: originatd in the Ottoman Empire, which is now Turkey. Immigrants took it to Germany in the 1970s. It is doner (no umlaut) and it is a doner because it is served in pitta bread. Just Google and you will find this and many references to support it en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doner_kebab

@@henryj8363 This is what I always wondered. Yes, you can restrict your calories between challenges. However, after you eat so much during challenges, wouldn't you stretch out your stomach so you would need to eat more regularly as well? When I go to all you can buffets before COVID, I ate a lot regularly as well since my stomach gets used to eating a lot of food. Good thing I always exercise a lot so that I don't look like an elephant.

I could never have eaten that all in one sitting. Maybe 2 or 3 in my prime. Now, at 54, while I love gyros and recently have been on a gyro diet(eating up to two a day every other day or so for the last 4 months), I think that I could easily make that into 4 to 5 meals. You are a monster young lady !!!

I'm 13 stone and love my food and the best I've done is the deluxe kebab that contains all cuts from kofta, lamb don, chicken shish and chicken tandoori leg. All in all around 1.8k
