I'm an Asian too (Indian) and when I asked my Mumma why we shouldn't ask women their age, she said that women (mostly moms) spend most of their life taking care and looking after their family that they don't usually make much time for themselves and that's why u shouldn't ask them their age. It's kinda same for "You shouldn't ask a man his income" because Dads spend most of their money on their family and they barely spend any on themselves. So yeah, I guess that's why you shouldn't ask a woman her age and a man his income....kind of a form of respect💙

Yes it's true here too in the US that it's not nice to ask someone there age. Yet I don't care if anyone ask my age. That's because my dad would always tell people his age and they would never believe he was age. Even before he passed away people couldn't believe he was in his 50's. So I got them good gene's! I always think it's better to be older and look younger, than be younger and look older. If you are in the teens and you look mid 20's, you gonna be paying out a lot to look younger once you get to 30's or 40's. I'm 41 and I look 20 years younger. So I say my age with pride.
