Everyone has their own bias and I think it's hard to satisfy every each of us all the time. In this song, people complained about Yoona didn't have more lines. In Indestructible, people complained that Tiffany dominated the song, and Taeyeon didn't have that many lines. In other MV, people complained about Hyoyeon didn't have more lines. And so on, and so on... I used to think like that also in the past, but nowadays I just enjoy it for what it is. Personally, I'm a Yoonaddict, so of course it would be nice if she had more lines in this song, but looking at the quality of this song, I cannot compalin about it. Besides Yoona and the other dancers had so many lines in CMIYC, so it's not like they're really forgotten.

Yay, I've been waiting for you guys to react to this! Loved it ^_^ This MV was everything!! Their outfits, the dance, the vocals, all on point! I loved it. And I love how every single one of them just owned this concept. Lol when Seohyun broke into that split I had the same reaction! I do agree with you on the Hyoyeon part though, because as great as this song and MV are(and it really is) she could've and should've gotten more screen time. And I think it's because I was probably too busy fangirling over everyone and how she slayed her rapping part that I didn't even notice her overall lack of screen time till you pointed it out. Like, I was expecting her to come out in the front at least once for one of the dance breaks cause you know, it's Hyoyeon. And it's disappointing because I went back and looked at the video and even when she was in the back during the short times they showed her, you could see that she was getting it. Other than that, everything else was fantastic! I can't wait until the live stage!! (Btw, y'all are looking fantastic with your new hairstyles, just thought I'd mention that)

Oh my god, I feel like SHY (+Yoona to a lesser extent) in general got shafted in this song. This was THE song that I was expecting them to totally slay in, and instead almost all the lines went to the vocalists. Hyoyeon definitely came out with the worst treatment, but I was salty for all three of them, because this is exactly the type of concept I want for their debut (they WILL debut dammit), and they totally missed out on being able to show what they could bring to it.

When I watched the MV for the first time I was so full of feels because omg GG have done it ! they have come out with that concept I've always wanted from a girl group and they SLAYED !! I was just sitting there with my mouth hanging open forever. Really the only problem with this is that Hyo hardly got any screen time AT all and only got that rap part, and where was my queen Yoona..? no lines !? seriously ?? like uhm sm... Otherwise it's absolute perfection I swear. The feels are still getting at me now they totally slayed me. Sexy, strong, cool girl's and without all these overly sexy dance moves that..yeah. Honestly, not a sone, but for this song I can understand why the vocal line got majority of the parts, this melody is changing constantly, going up to the high notes, and while dancing to a relatively hard choregraphy, for Hyo and the other, it may be very very difficult when they do it live. Im pretty sure the lines were divided while for party and lion heart, so is just one song...

I hope you do an album review for Girls' Generation's Lion Heart Album!!! Personally, I think the album is fire, and Hyoyeon manages to get much more lines in some of the songs.

In the defense of whoever distributed the lines, it's a really vocally demanding song with a lot of orienting (rifts), so I'm not surprised that Yoona and Yuri didn't have many lines. At least Hyoyeon and Sooyoing had rap parts. I think the dance and visual line got to show off what they were good at (being pretty and getting down) and the vocal line finally got to use the full extent of their vocal power and rage without holding back. Can't wait for the live stage!

I was watching the video & I was like okay where's hyoyeon cause she only showed up during her rap and a nano-second of her sitting on the stairs. I'm like okay SM if you won't give her lines you can at least put her in the front during the dance sometimes cause she's the main dancer. They put Kai in the front all the time because he's the best dancer in EXO even when it's not his lines, so why can't they do that for her! She's needs justice but if the come out with SHY I can easily overlook this lol!

I really like this song and mv. I felt though that Sunny shined a lot in this mv. Her voice really suits this kind of concept/song. I do agree about her hair style. It looked great in Party, but then they half-assed her extensions through the promotions and now here. It kind of looks ratchet now with only half extensions. I think Hyoyeon and Sooyoung had decent parts, the one that really got played in line distribution was Yoona. Anyway, I hope they do more of these types of songs. I know it isn't their forte/strength but this just gets me hyped.

I loved this song but my only complaint is that when the dance line sang their "You ain't cooler than me" line, you couldn't tell they were singing because they were overpowered by Taeyeon. I'm not gonna complain about the line distribution because we all know that the dance line aren't the best singers but it could've been a bit better. The video, however, pissed me off. This is basically TaeTiSeo ft. Sunny and their backup dancers. I was waiting for Hyoyeon's dance break but they snatched it from her and gave it to Yuri and I was like "The FUCK?!" She had little to no screen time which is just sad. While K-Fans might not like her, international fans (most of us) love her and would like to her take her dance breaks since she is the best dancer.
