It seems common that Sephora staffs are quite arrogant and are on their high horses. Made this video cringy to watch but Shu'an's bright personality made it better! 10/10. customer service 4/10
I had bad service experiences with Sephora staffs so I don't think getting a free makeover will be as easy like this. The last time was that I want to get a perfect foundation shade after numerous times of swatches on myself but I want a 3rd party to check so I asked a staff (who was busy so she called another staff). I could totally see how reluctant is she with her non-verbal cues & I was the one who told her that shade she took is light. Her attitude became slightly better when I said I want to purchase.
oh man, that sucks totally. maybe you could try another branch! my experiences at Sephora have been great, going as far as actually becoming friends with one of their beauty advisors. The only time i had a meh experience was when one advisor at the old Ion branch tried to teach me a smokey eye and ended up with a very blotchy mess. LOLS.
Hey Ringgu09, ikr about that 'look'. But hope they improve their customer services so everyone will look forward to shop in Sephora. Non-verbal cues are so important in communicating.
For me 10 points for all of them not becoz its free make over and trial but i really love all the products of sephora.... and lucky for them to have a free items so jealous of them... 😭 but i hope we have store like that here in philippines 🇵🇭
Rishika Dimpy ya but her make up looks horrible. She needs to find a new foundation brand. Her face looks orange and goes into her pores instead of floating over them making them bigger and saggier in the long run
dekota freerealms your foundation is meant to sink into your pores 😂😂 It most certainly does not make them larger. Do educate yourself on such things before you comment.
I actually comment on your Instagram hoping to be pick for this episode but I didn't... :( But is okayyyyyyy because I had fun watching the other 4 pretty ladies on this episode applying makeup!!! Have more of such session! It gives viewer a better idea of how the product goes with different kind of skin tone/races and also other people opinion on the products!
