Now, I am a sucker for a beauty fad (including shelling out on snail mucin) but what I’ve seen all over TikTok recently is that banana skin is great for skin! As in, give your face a good old rub with the inner peel. Meant to brighten, soothe and hydrate skin! Even better, nice and cold so save them up and whack them in the freezer! I haven’t tried it myself yet but I will be when I have some bananas! 😂 x

The little cafe you commented as a possible second stop at Cromford is a real cyclists cafe. Very small but has photos in the eating room of past famous cyclists.

Amy, enjoy your favorite breakfast choice. Aloha from Hawaii. It's 3:21am. Been rowing every day since Jun 21, 2019. By Oct 2022, had ROWED AROUND THE WORLD. 25,000 MILONES. As of Jan 21, 2024 I/m on my 55th straight month. Never got vacinnated becuz of fear of side effects ruining my streak. Have cut back to 15k per day on this Concept 2 model E. Love the energy you put in everthing. Your accent is stupendous.

I really wouldn’t worry about chucking your banana peel in the hedge row and it not being native, gardeners have been placing them in the hole they have just dug before the plant goes in to give it a boost for many years.

Hello Team Amy it's lovely to see you guys and that was a wonderful ride, to be honest. but I don't know about anybody else but is that how to lube the chain 🤣that aside If someone were to put my bike that way while changing a tube or anything else, by the end of the day I'd be in a Jumpsuit of blue T-shirt, a grey jumper, and grey soft trousers 😂.

Many years ago I read an article by the comedian Jo Brand who said she felt vaguely nauseated by stopping behind Lycra-clad men in London who obviously were naked beneath their see through cycling clothing! What utter twaddle, I thought; in decades of cycling in a group, and sitting behind cyclists at traffic lights whilst driving, I have never once thought that the cyclist had see through Lycra! She's mad; absolutely making up stories for the comedy - though she is one of my favourite comedians. And then, at 4:20, the lady with the red jacket and white helmet proved me wrong! Am I wrong? Is it something that only a camera lens picks up? I don't believe "ordinary" people see that, unless they are a Marvel Universe superhuman ...

Banana skins can take up to 2 years to decompose so you should never throw them away as you cycle along. They are however great for the garden if you compost them so best to take them home and use them for that 👍

Pip & Nut 1kg Almond butter is fantastic tasting and extremely good for your gut biome and general health. (*All* almond butters are extremely good for you but the Pip & Nut version seems particularly good) Search for Professor Tim Spector and almond butter if you are sceptical

If you're in the woods and noone else will see the banana peel, chuck it. But in town, treat it like trash and dispose in a bin. It takes a few weeks to decompose, and in that time many others will see it as discarded rubbish, which is not pleasant or respectful to the community.

Mucoff is one of the worst lubes available, in some cases worse than no lube at all. Look at the ZFC test data. Mucoff tried to bullshit their way out of these results when talking to Adam, I feel they're a shite company and cast doubt over the efficacy of all their products. I mean when you lie about one, you might lie about all.

Got a puncture... sure you are capable to fix it, but let the man do the man work. On the flip side, let the woman do the woman work. Is it sexist to say such things? NO! It's well established that the sexes prefer to do different things. If the contributions from each are equal, fair, and mutually beneficial... there is no problem.
