I like that fact that you share that it is not meant for experts. Many fear applying as they think it is for senior student developers who have lots of technical experience. This is a misconception. It is for just community and technology enthusiasts who want to build communities and help others grow
As far as I know you need to be able to fill the application form in English or Spanish, but basic English should be okay. Best of luck with your application!
