I do this work for a living also. I always try to back in the driveway for a safer outcome. Every operator runs their crane however they wan tho. Good job

Nice neighborhood , nice lawns & concrete driveways ! Customer probably didn't want to mess up his lawn or crack the concrete , then they want to sue for damages and you have lost your a_ _ on doing a simple R&R of an AC unit !

I own 25tons truck with boom crane. As crane operator who i am, i can see it is not safe setup to me. I rather setup my crane close to the working site as much i can. I understand drive way is too narrow but gotta find out better solution bc that is your job responsibility as crane operator.

why not set the drivers side stabilizer? Are you within 1 degree of level? At first I thought you might of put your outrigger in the grass on the side you were going off of but after close examination it looks that you had set up on the side walk. Are you required to have a signed off signature knowing you are putting that much pressure on the side walk you are going off of?

the tires are not supposed to be in the air like that , just enough to clear the pressure off the tires ,and stacking like that in that fron outrigger is a no
