Glad you found it useful. Motivating managers is much trickier I agree ... usually the leadership team need to mandate an effective process, train their managers and then followup to make sure it is being implemented. This is a lot more work (which is why many don't) yet when you implement good people centric processes, the company gets a bigger increase in performance (after all, the company is the people it employs!)
