Hello buddy. Here's my thoughts: Logitech Brio 100 I would stay away from the Brio 100 personally, the focus seems really out of whack with it. Creative Live! Cam Sync V2 This one was pretty good. Not good if you need to use a green screen. Manually configure the exposure in OBS for the best results especially if you're using ring lights or have a lot of light coming in. It has the best microphone if you need to use it out of the 3 cameras you've mentioned Lenovo 300 I prefer the Creative Live! Cam Sync V2 over this one. This one performs even worse using a green screen and the image quality isn't the best if you're looking for something decent Other options If you want more flexibility then it's worth checking out the Anker C200 and the C310 as you can use software from Anker to change things like field of view and offsetting the frame position plus more. It does produce a good image. Can always put a LUT on it too if you use OBS to make it look even better :)

Thank you, really appreciate that. This webcam has got the best microphone i've heard from any webcams we've tested so far. You will want to install the Creative comms kit so you can remove background noise but it does do a really good job.

Hello buddy, I hope you're well. Not a silly question at all :) I've just tested this on another webcam that i've got (not the Creative one in this video) and it works fine in Zoom. You can select your microphone as the inbuilt one on the webcam and you can choose to disable the video and it will pick up your voice fine. I've just tested it in OBS too and also Audacity to make sure I could select the webcam microphone in there and it works fine too. I hope this helps.

@@Andyhhhdx I am certainly enjoying it! The main issue is, as expected from your analysis, is that the focus of close objects is horrible, I doubt it has autofocus.

Hello buddy :) Is it the Razer Kiyo with the light around it you're asking about? To be fair, I would say any of the Razer webcams would look better but you will most likely want to disable the autofocus on them as they tend to focus hunt quite regularly.

@@Andyhhhdx , I'm sorry, I forgot to specify the model for comparison, very stupid of me. I meant compared to the cheaper Creative Live! Cam SYNC 1080P V2 which I am considering purchasing. Does it make sense to pay extra for Razer? I'm interested in the quality of the image, there is no sound.

@@user-tj8mm6qj4i Hello buddy, I presumed you meant the V2 :) I think the Razer webcams will give you a little more flexibility as it will install the Razer Synapse software and you usually get firmware updates for the webcams for new features. I would probably go for a Razer over the Creative personally, especially if you could afford the Razer Kiyo Pro, the image quality is very good on that one but just be wary of the autofocus on it :) I hope this helps.

Hello there, I hope you're well :) It's not going to work well with natural light coming in from behind you, you can use something like OBS and play around with the exposure to help out, but overall it's not going to look great. I hope this helps :)

I personally slightly preferred the Creative Live! Cam Sync V2. There will be a little less background pixelation on the Lenovo so make sure you use good lighting with any webcam you use. You will want to use manual exposure on the Creative webcam for the best results. If you're looking to use the inbuilt microphone then the Creative webcam is much better. Hope this helps :)

The webcam of aukey is better (1080p 30fps) than creative v2?

@@Fraakii They are both 1080p 30fps. The Aukey performed much better than I was expecting. I would suggest taking a look at both of the videos and seeing which one you prefer the look of. If I remember correctly, the Aukey has a wider field of view so more of your background will be in the shot, unless you use something like OBS and crop the image down.

Hello buddy, if I remember correctly, you couldn't change the camera settings using the app. That may have changed now with updates to the software. But I have just bought the Creative Livecam Sync 4K webcam so I will double check it for you when I get it unboxed and begin filming it.

I can get this cam for about $45 (creative website) vs logitech 922 (about $110 on ebay) due to EOY sale etc.. Not sure how the video quality/features/audio/focus/software compared to both cameras.. What is your opinion on this?

@@TylerDurden404 What I would recommend is make sure that you've got some decent lighting ready because if you don't then neither webcam are going to look great. I guess it all comes down to budget, if you can afford the C922 and pick up some lights too then go for it. If budget is a bit tight then get the Creative webcam but purchase some lights to go along with it too. There isn't any software needed for either webcam, if you want to use the noise reduction on the microphone for the Creative webcam then you will need to install the Creative Comms Kit. I've not actually tried any software from Logitech so can't comment on it, but to actually use the C922, you can just plug it in and away you go. The mic of also better. Creative main weakness IMO is that it seems to lack autofocus, and close objects look horrible.

Hello there Next Step, thank you for checking out the video. I'm afraid the Amazon description is wrong as there is no optical zoom on this. You may be able to use OBS and digitally zoom in (I'm not 100% sure you can do this) but there is definitely no optical zoom on it.

Hello there. There's no mention of it being compatible with android i'm afraid so i'm going to presume that it won't work. I've actually still got the webcam so i've just connected it to our smart TV and went through the sources and nothing was detected so i'm pretty sure it's only compatible with Windows and Mac OS.

Hello there. There isn't any optical zoom on the V2. You may be able to use OBS and get it to digitally zoom, but there isn't any inbuilt zoom on the webcam unfortunately.

@@hitu23 The Amazon listing is incorrect. The V3 has a button on top which allows you to zoom but once again that is a digital zoom.

From what we've tested so far, I think this would be a really good choice. I know it's dropped to £24.99 in the UK and someone came into our live stream today and said they got theirs for 25 euro. You will want to put a light on yourself and manually adjust the exposure settings but this is what you would need to do with pretty much any webcam. @@Kenzziessd I personally think it's a good webcam for the money. If you need to use the microphone on it then you will want to install the Creative Comms Kit and the microphone will sound really good. Obviously not as good as a stand alone microphone, but for a webcam, it's one of the best ones we've tested. As long as you don't go in buying it expecting mirrorless camera quality, then it will be good enough, especially if you're live streaming and shrinking the camera frame down too.
