Yess YESSS! My biggest battle is loving myself. I've always been told I was worthless, ugly, too fat, too dark and wont amount to anything.And never really had a moment of true self love. I've always held on to what others say about me. And feel like why should I even be here? But I have so much to give to this world, and I don't l want to prove these people right. I am so glad I watched this video, because it touched me truly and I want to change my life and become the beautiful and phenomenal woman I am meant to be. I have back tracked so much and it feels overwhelming, but I want to get to a place of peace and kindness in my heart. I've been so angry and disconnected from God. But I want to change and I am making those steps to be a better person.

Hi Lisa Just realised that I have been giving the future a lot of energy. I forget to live in the moment and to love myself for what I am and what I already have achieved. I want to give more energy to the present. I'll turn off my computer now, put on my swimsuit and go swim in the ocean. Because yes, I actually live by the ocean, but somehow I keep dreaming of one day living by the ocean - in a house and not an apartment like now - but still. It is the ocean I dream about. But I already have it. I have a lot of things. A beautiful family, an education, (two going on three actually), a wonderful place to live, good health and lots of love. I just need to love my self a bit more and see that I already have much of the things I dream about. Thank you

The part about loving your weight as it is is true, once I started appreciating my current looks I actually started losing weight. I stopped hiding in baggy clothes and bought clothes that fit in the moment
