"The Long Road Home". Beautiful and rich melody which is the story of finding the road to our real Home! Saw a truck pass my house in rural North Georgia with Yee Yee on the back window😊👍
I have been blessed with the ability to see this amazing man in concert twice in the last three years, once in Sacramento and the last not a week ago in Kennewick WA. The first time I was single, now happily married and living in Washington with a 16 month old son, life happens like that, life is a crazy ride, enjoy the ups and downs, God gives us lessons good and bad, listening and learning is our part🙏😇👶
"Today is the day of the Lord" or just "the Lord's day". Just beautiful music to start your day, 5am, sunrise, walk, birds, blue sky , pray/thank, heavens, God.
"Healing flow of a river" about finding healing and forgiveness from the past and finding God's love, grace and peace even when we go through the worst thing imaginable. Like Job from the Bible. He lost everything, and refused to forsake God. He denied Satan the satisfaction of a win!! If we could all be like Job during the trials and tribulations of our lives, incredible. All we need is Jesus, in him we find peace and joy
“Nature’s Beauty”. All I could think of was picturing myself out on a hillside experiencing the beauty of Mother Nature. Watching the wind blow through some brush off in the distance and seeing some deer/elk walking through a valley here in Idaho. Lots of good names to choose from here though, you can’t go wrong.
Wow, this melody really hits the spot. I have two names that I think would fit amazingly well with this music, and they are “Thank God for my life” or “Thank God for the Country” I think you could go lots of places with just these two titles, but the main theme it comes down to is just being happy and great full in life. That’s my opinion, but I know you will make this a great song. Keep this great stuff coming Granger. 😁
“Days like today” just talkin about how some days make you feel this song and other days your feelings are this song. The melody is great and make you see how great things are but this melody can also represent that lost and down feeling.
Magnolia, the song makes me think of a southern magnolia tree that has a beautiful blossoming flower, a song feels like it follows the season before the flower, the beauty of the flower, on the season after the flower. Even though their seasons that are difficult and beautiful the tree is always rooted and strong ready for the next season of life.
"Sweeter Still" Idk why, it feels like someone who is hopeful that the future will be bright and beautiful, maybe better than now. Sounds like things are looking up and getting sweeter by the day.
“Lord Knows Best” - Write a song about all your failures in life. The Devil thought he had you beat, the Devil thought he had you lost in sin, but our loving Father, sparingly sent His only son the be a sinless sacrifice for us so that we may all receive the Holy Spirit who is our Helper to show us how we shall follow Jesus.
Run-a-way... we keep running from the things we know we should be doing and the way we should be living.. I wish the vacuum for good was as strong as the vacuum of sin... wouldn't it be something. Proud of you brother
Won’t Break Me. Song about someone who’s fighting a sickness but surrounded by people they love so it won’t break them cause the love their share from each other and Christ
Dandelion Wishers- that’s where my mind went with this lick :) I enjoyed reading all the suggestions. Great how art touches people in different ways :) Sweet melody- thanks 4 sharing
“Turn that wheel” tune about the sweet feeling of turning into your driveway. As well as making big decisions in life of staying the course or turn off on another road. All coming back to no matter what, home is all that matters.
“Long way to Georgia” song about a guy riding a train from the west coast to his old home thinking about all the mistakes and deeds he’s done in his life just to find that God will grasp him with open arms
Reflections - watching it played reminds me of watching my children's growing up and learning how to walk, talk, and dance without any of the self consciousness that comes later in life.
In my opinion, I hear a story about a family member, maybe Father, Son, Grandfather, etc. Maybe something simple- Like "Dad", or "Memories", or "Rocking chair"; referring to your Father or Grandfather sitting in his favorite rocking chair reflecting about life, or doing what Dads do best- Be that rock or shoulder to cry on for their son! Awesome riff Granger!
“Bitter-sweet memories” -A song about losing someone close and reminiscing on memories, wishing you could have just one more day with them to tell them everything you wanted and needed to say.
Maybe dusting my boots off, back the same as every man...what will mama say, will she see me the same way? I did would I could and did what I should. Mama it's good to see you now, now I'm home, and I missed you. Mama, the past is gone, and I walked away. ANd today Mama, can we talk a while, just sit down and talk around just like a child. Mama I bear the scars of things I shouldn't have done. But it's done and over I just want to come home... Well missing a few verses...)
“Grandma’s Kitchen”- a song for all the memories made and lessons learned in grandma’s kitchen! “Flour on my shirt, Flowers in a vase. Learning homemade, back in Grandma’s Kitchen. Talking bout my week, with the smell of dinner in the air. Grandma sitting down, telling me to look over there. She used to cook all day, but now she can barely stand. I used to rely on her, now she relies on me. All the burn meals, and big messes After school snacks and conversation I sure do miss my Grandma’s Kitchen Might not be good, but it is what I think of when I hear this beat, happy yet sad! The memories are flowing😁
a song about being free from stress, example, your girlfriend leaves, "cold beer and a backroad" your grandpa passes away, "cold beer and a backroad" you just got off a long friday shift at work, "the thing that eases me the most is a cold beer and a backroad" that there might be a soft song for Earle Dibbles Jr. YEEYEE!!!
As you know Granger, every country song has got to have, at a minimum, Mama, Dogs, Pickup Trucks, and the 'good stuff' up in the truck. Being a professional...that's the rule book hahahah muha
“River” to remember the good times riv had on this earth and how he would run around barefoot and on his electric tractor he was a wonderful little boy ❤❤
*Simple Sweet Smile* Because you already know the words in your mind how it should be. Plus it reminds me of my wife and how she still can manage to give a smile even though she is very ill, in that moment when she smiles, for a brief instant, everything is ok.
"Watching sunsets with you" - I don't know why but when I listen to this, I see a sunset in my head that's slowly disappearing and I'm with someone I love
"On My Way To You" ❤ About Someone who is always on the Road Performing while she waits at home for him and he can't wait to get home after his final show.
I can see something like talking to your friend or some family member that’s passing on and he tells you some final words of wisdom like “be true to you don’t let people sway you from your own path” or something like that
I can't actually think of a name...I was torn between lyrics about my children, or my own childhood but out of nowhere lyrics about my Ma that passed away popped up..."Can't wait til I'm there with you".
