As an artist the Rihana's painting is masterwork with simplicity. rihana's facial expression light effect and emotion in eye tells it all That's a masterpiece right there

How do you get your reference photos to that layer look on the canvas is it a filter or app you use you do it? How do you come up with your color palette 🎨?
