Interesting vid. Full size commercial pilot/ instructor etc etc here, also have just bought this aircraft. I have a 3300mah batt, its pretty heavy but cog is still okay, flies pretty good. Should use one notch flaps to get up, takes off much faster- your issue is a massive go pro on the roof, weight and aerodynamics will be majorly affected. Try flying it without all of that. Im impressed it flew at all with all of that on it. Ive also heard alot of people run 4s on these no worries with stock electronics. Im going to try that next. Also a better tx helps. Anyway good luck with it next time
Great review format. Just a guy out in the field trying to enjoy the day. There is a relaxing feeling flying a high wing plane, hard to be intense like a quad or fast pusher wing. I look forward to more personal & relaxed reviews & teaching.
A friend and I got these to do touch and goes at our field. A gorgeous plane. Flying scale with good throttle is a must. We removed the stabilisation entirely. These feel like nitros in their forgiveness but once you get a hang of it it's a bundle of fun. Flaps are awesome but beware take-offs with flaps as it'll climb right into a stall if you don't elevator nose down as you power on. For slow flights mix evaluators for chill flight experience. Does tip stall easily so keep power up and make graceful turns. On a 2200 we usually can get seven or eight minutes flight. Don't afraid of it but do keep your throttle up and smooth graceful turns.

Hi, friend! I would like to acquire my first FMS brand airplane (but in reality I am very concerned about the compatibility of the electronics, that is to say... the majority of horizon hobby RTF airplanes contain spektrum electronics and many times their models are limited to said electronics... my question is.. is it possible to attach any other esc and receiver like Flysky to the fms planes?
Yep. This plane comes with a gyro. You can use a receiver with that gyro from any manufacturer. And yes you can swap the ESC. I run an Ar636t and an Avian ESC in mine.
