Out of all the snowboard films/ig clips/competitions that I've watched, you and Markus, and are the riders that have inspired me the most, probably because of how effortless you make things look. I'm really really excited to get some air this season and to keep progressing. I also got a splitboard to avoid the bs we're gonna deal with due to Covid at the resorts . I really hope I'll be able to find the kind of terrain that I've seen in your movies. Stoked for the summer of biggest love. We get sick winter swells in south coast Australia but onshore winds tend to turn our waves to shit in summer. But don't stress world, there's new love on the menu! The stoke is just beggining for a whole generation of little humans who've never caught a wave, never seen snow, never bombed down concrete or even walked the streets without a diaper. Do you remember? That first stoke? I'm a 40 yr old head with a laundry list of injuries, but my boy is almost 2. Last year he couldn't even resist the pull of gravity long enough to keep his feet balanced under his butt (trick list = stand on two legs). Now he spins frontside 900s in his Jolly Jumper (for real). That's progression! BUT summer of 2020-21 is the one he'll first catch some love. His first wave might be one-foot high, might be a half-foot high lying prone on daddys longboard. He might even get barreled by a two-foot shorebreak and eat sand. But his body will awaken, his soul will grow, and the energy will flow. Or not, at least I'll try to get it on camera. @jim.jams.stoked

This Winter, I am just excited for CHANGE. During this time with the virus, it’s been a lot harder for me to see growth, and see things moving forward. When I am able to see the seasons starting to change, it’s a reminder for me that life is continuing to move, whether it feels like it or not (having been stuck inside for quite some time now). This year, Winter has never been so important to me. It’s giving me something to look forward to, regardless of how many times I am going to be able to hit the slopes since I’m never really able to go up that much each Winter. But if that just means that I get to watch other people shred and have a good time then so be it, that brings me almost just as much joy. Winter gives me another sense of hope that all is right in the world, and that things are going to all work out regardless of all the chaos that this year has brought me, as well as what it has brought upon the rest of the world. I can’t wait to get our first Winter snowfall and have the snow cover everything to give that other-worldly sort’ve feel that we all know and love. In those kinds of moments is where I feel most at peace. The GoPro would be a way for me to capture these kinds of moments from a different perspective, and give me moments to look back on once Winter is over and remind myself that there are more moments like that to come. Stoked on finally meeting my parents again this winter after they moved from Europe to another continent (RSA). Was supposed to travel earlier but then the ‘rona hit :( They’ve opened the country for tourists again so am very hyped for seeing them. @clubbers

When you ask, "What are you looking forward to most?", this is what pours forth from my brain bucket -- Snow covered sunrises/ crisp, cold air/ opening day announcement/ OPENING DAY!!!!!!/ goose bumps raising up as the hill comes into view/ no wait...when I walk onto the hill for 1st day!/ BSing with the lifties/ feeling that chairlift rumble/ gliding through the icy snow maker clouds [and cursing them for it!]/ launching the most epic "Shredtastic!" playlist/ season opening drop-in, BABY!!!.../old friends -- new friends/ being inspired and inspiring/ getting to see that "ah-hah!" moment after helping a newbie on their first day ever/ resort FOOD [yeah, I actually said that!]/ the new season's first epic fail [and shaking it off!]/ not leaving yet--I've got one more good lap left in me/ oh man! thinking about everything that just happened on the drive home/ Nope! that's not what I'm looking forward to the most. **It's hoping after every time all this happens, God will keep me around long enough to do all that S#!T one more time....cuz I know I don't deserve it.** Can you see it?...Feel it? I think this year has taught me that i can't take things for granted and that I have to get out there and enjoy life! This season I just want to be able to share cool times with the loved ones and try things that maybe I was afraid to do before, like 540s haha anyways, cool video 🤙 @rogsgracia

I've been on and off snowboarding for 4 years and for the first time, this year I'll be taking a semester off school to dedicate my time shredding (and work🥺). I have always had that filmer mindset and my friends know how creative I can be with a camera. I had to sell my Canon in order to hit the hills this year but if I got a gopro I would be able to express my small local hills love for Snowboarding through dope filming. I think it's also a great way to introduce myself to a lot of the riders and build a new friend group around filming!!! @strozy_ FYI: STILL WAITING FOR MY FIRST POW DAY

I'm going to Switzerland in December for five months, to be a snowboard instructor - both for the first time. I'm sure I'll never forget the trip, but a GoPro would be perfect to make sure I'll never forget the individual rides in the Backcountry. I'm looking forward to be super stoked again everyday. Winter is my happy period with all the activities and beautiful sceneries that comes with it. Everyday is filled with: Snowboarding, Skate skiing, dogsledding, snowmobiling, snowboarding with dogs, all the sunrises and sunsets every day, snowboarding above the clouds 9 am on a saturday morning when most people are hungover sleeping. Man I can't wait for the snow to start falling. Yes, yes, and YES. Winter is a BEAUTIFUL period to be alive and happy.
