The dress is nice. But the first model screams try hard. It's a very elaborated type of fierceness that doesn't seem natural. She is very aggressive with her walk that her necklace swings back and forth. It almost feels cheap and vulgar, especially for such a house like Givenchy, whose character women are those known for their elegance and sophistication, like Audrey Hepburn. The first model clearly didn't do her homework. She is walking a Givenchy show like it is a Versace show.
I won't lie, the lightning they chose for this runway reminds me of that scene in The Incredibles in which Mr. Incredible goes to the bad guy's computer and hacks it
This is truly beautiful. Herbert Givenchy would be very proud. Have you seen the Valentino fall 2020? It is sublime! Back to the roots of the House of Valentino. With such exquisite taste in style/fabric/color.
The people complaining about the model who opened the show's walk are very basic, boring people. Best part of the whole show, I was transfixed by how she swung that hypnotic pendant! She was given such an important spot because she knows how to bring the drama.
throughout the whole video, the only thing i though of was how 90% of the outfits screamed either "i am on my way to kill someone", "i killed someone", or "funeral" vibes.
To me this show represents how there will always be a woman one step ahead of you. The ones with the hats hiding their faces, are the silent ones who sneak up on you. I loved it.
Whew Chile!!! Took my breath away!!! This line is stunning! The first dress had my soul snatched. Every piece became progressively bolder. Rich colors, strong contrast, sleek, modern, classic = Timeless
Clare makes me wish I was a Parisian mistress who does nothing but shop and look good. This feels so classic and chic without being over the top. I really love what she’s doing for Givenchy.
Some of the best designs in almost a decade. Beautiful models, both African and paler palettes. It the authenticity of the designs that is undisputed by the natural beauty of the lines and features of all.
@@maxobakso123 expressing preference is saying “my favourite is...” not just “___ is better”. that’s just stating an opinion like a fact when it’s not. not to mention that their opinion was never called for, especially underneath this persons comment, in the first place.
Hahahahaha. I guess they can see sitting do close. I remember mark Jacobs show few seasons back and the models were walking on a dark runway, the spot light was thrown from top. When I saw the pics of the looks on Vogue.com they were very clear.
Although the first outfit is not overally complicated or detailed I feel like I'd buy it (if I had the money of course) just to walk in to school on a bad day when I don't want to see anyone😳

The show was exceptional the manner in which the lights were placed accentuated every single wardrobe and redefining all the models adding a sense of drama and mystery playing off one another.

I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. There were some pieces that I would love to have in my wardrobe collection ESPECIALLY the business suits. LOVE !

I need that hat. IDGAF how much it costs and that necklace swinging like a pendulum is fire and the NUDE heels making that Black pop. Nice visuals. I love it; monochromatic.
I mean, all black is always sleek. You could probably recreate the entire outfit using pieces from Zara or H&M so have at it! The necklace swinging about was the stupidest thing I've ever seen though.
