I also think of each of these as having there own season. The EDP is perfect for the spring, the EDT in the summer. The Rouge, with its spiciness feels perfect for the fall. And the Intense feels best in Winter because of the creaminess it has seems more comforting on colder days.
@@isirita8506 which is the best rouge or the intense ? , i have the edp and its too sweet for me and the pear note i didnt like it , i dont want something very similar to the edp or my way “
I ADORE this line. I have the four you are talking about, and I’m currently waiting for the “Millésime” version right now. I’ve also layered the EDT, as well as the EDP over Montblanc Signature which is just amazing! The intense and the rouge are my favorites. It is helpful that you’re letting your viewers know about the strong opening. And I think your advice to spray lightly is spot on too. This was a really nice review.
Awe, I just love when partners pick out perfumes for their significant other. Something so intimate and special ❤️ about that! Dennis used to surprise me every now and again with a perfume but since starting my channel that stopped…not sure why 🤔
@@rebecacollazo maybe because you have a lot. 😉😂 Well my husband is just starting his cologne collection, so sometimes we go to Sephora or Ulta to sniff and sample things. 😂😊 Romantic date.
@@bellaletty86 Your husband has great taste ! The EDP is my absolute favourite ... and I am always getting stopped when I wear this by people wanting to know what it is !
This line is amazing! I have all the edp versions because the edt smell like my way to my nose. The Rouge version is my favourite but the millésime stands out because the orange blossoms is really perceptible and smells just like the orange blossom water we use in dessert since a was a child. Funny enough it’s the favourite scent of most girls in my friend group and they got me into that range
I couldn’t remember why I didn’t pick up that version and the looked it up and saw that the Orange Blossom is more pronounced in the Millesime version and also there is Neroli and unfortunately those notes don’t work out in summer for me 💔😭💔
I am obsessed with this line!!! I was heart broken when I dropped my roller ball of the original EDP. It smells so beautiful and lasted so long on my skin. It almost smelled kind of Cherry to me. So so good.
Thank you for this comparison! I have the OG EDP, but it’s taking some time to grow on me 🤔 (btw, someone’s gonna need to remind me to never blind buy large bottles 😐)
I absolutely love this line 😍 Rouge is by far my favorite. I'm struggling with the Intense, I never noticed the grapiness, but now I get it in the opening and I hate anything artificial grape 😖 but fortunately I don't get that in any of the other three and I'm still trying to enjoy the intense.
@@rebecacollazo my whole family knows how much I hate artificial grape, I don't know why I hate it but I feel like my entire life I've really despised it.😖
I love this! But it kind of bring back memories from my childhood in the eighties. So maybe a perfume that have been around me thirty years ago has some of the same notes as this. Maybe the jasmine note… I dont know.❤
@@kounelitsa I haven’t purchased yet because I’ve been purchasing other fragrances but I put Rouge on my list because it sounds a little deeper, spicier and sexier 😉
I have three of the line ... but I REALLY do not like the rouge. I find this to be really strong and over powering (and I normally like strong fragrances) I was so disappointed when I tried this. It smells EXACTLY like a fragrance that was really popular in the 70's / 80's ... but I can't for the life in me recall the name. ( I think that I actually liked it at that time .. but now I find it very dated & overpowering ) My least favourite of the line & I had bought the large bottle blind ... due to reading so many positive reviews !
I just discovered this line TODAY at Ulta. I had heard about it, but hadn't been able to smell them. I fell in love with this line!!!! I bought Rouge today, but really want the EDP, as well. They didn't have the other two available to test. Rouge is amazing! I love the orange ginger opening on top of the bubble gum tuberose.
I dont know but im obsessed with the fragrance of this perfume,...they say it smells best on cold weather but since im living in a tropical country so what im doing before i go sleep i turn on our ac to the lowest temperature and i spray it on my bed, voila it feels so good
Haha!! That’s a good idea! I will definitely enjoy these going into the office since it’s like a meat locker in there 😉 I’m happy to have all 4 in my collection ❤️
I have small bottles of the edt and edp, some days I really like them others I don't. Back when I got them and smelled the edt I immediately had to think of you.
I want to smell the Burning Neroli.. apparently it's a limited edition and I can't find it anywhere to sample. And I do find the parfum to smell like a grape jolly rancher
I remember when L'Interdit EDP was launched. Told mate that's what I wanted as a gift without smelling it lol.... I had to call him the day I sniffed it to say I changed my mind 😂😂😂
🌈 I wish this video was available last year🥰 I bought two out of these & didn’t feel a need to buy the others. I didn’t realise how much I enjoyed tuberose until I watched this video ☺️. Looking forward to more this or that from the same line🤩
Im super late to the party but I was at ulta yesterday and i finally got to smell L'interdit rouge and OMG 🤤 it was so nice! My mom really liked it too. Now I have to get get my nose on the intense.
Hii, thank you for this video❤️ could you tell me tell me please which one do you prefer between these two:. L'interdit edp and Dior addict? Which one is more good and long lasting?
You’re welcome! I wish I could but I’ve only ever tested Dior Addict in store and couldn’t honestly tell you what it smells like cause it’s been awhile. So sorry! 🥺
If it’s her signature you might want to avoid it 😂 The intense is different enough if you like the line and want more sweetness but close enough that you get a similar vibe. That’s how I feel about D&G Light blue. It was my old Marketing Directors signature scent (I loved her btw) but every time I smelled or purchased a flanker I was instantly reminded of her. I ended up declutter two bottles from the line that I “thought” were different enough 🥴
@@rebecacollazo ♥️🙏🏼 thank you much. For me is Importan, if i wear The Intense and come into The room that no ohne says or think - oooo that perfume smells Like The sister .. because if sheywear her edp every Place smells Like her. She leaves a big fat scenttrail 😭
To me it smells similar to Valentino Donna Born in Roma. It’s more of Amber that I smell at the end, but more of classic like I just can tell it’s not a modern perfume. I love the eau de toilette one, but it just not last long.
Hi, I just ordered L'interdit edt and it has the black ribbon, I am watching your video minute 1.29 and you say it is edp the one with black ribbon...🤔 It confused me a bit haha, ok, I am going to continue watching the video ;)
The EDT has a grey ribbon and EDP a black ribbon. Below are some links for reference 🤗 Hopefully you picked up the one you wanted 🤞🏼 Givenchy L’Interdit EDP: go.magik.ly/ml/1b3zk/ Givenchy L’Interdit EDT: go.magik.ly/ml/1b3zi/
@rebecacollazo I wonder if they are different in other countries? I live in Canada and here I bought the edt and it is black ribbon also the box says Edt anyway, it smells good, only not as I expected 😀 thank you for your videos, I enjoy watching them!
My preference would be Intense for a more signature scent but I really enjoy Rouge for Fall/Winter and both have pretty good performance. I couldn’t say for sure which one out performed the other.
@@jenslife8766 Thank you!! ❤️ Sorry if it wasn’t clear. I say that the Edp and Edt (the first two) have that same bubblegum Tuberose as My Way but lean more grape like 🍇 to my nose. I don’t think either smell just like My Way though. Just in the same scent family 😉
That’s a tough one but if I had to choose, I would pick Rouge only because it’s unique and I have other tuberose fragrances that would satisfy not having the others.
@@rebecacollazo its one of the most sexiest smells. It stays on u allll day. U can even smell it the next day on whatever u wore. It's one of those smells u can just sniff all day long for no reason 😆 once u smell it u gon always want it. Natural high scent ♥️ Its mesmerizing.
I find the Intense to be the sweetest only because it’s more Vanilla, whereas Rouge is sweet but also warm spicy 🌶 It’s got a little more going on in the opening. But both are sweet in the dry down.
hi great video. which one do you prefer? rouge, interse or the only one intense by dolce? I am having a difficult time deciding between the 3. looking out for a feminine, sexy, not mature, date nigt, compliment getter perfume as this is a blind buy. thanks :)
I prefer Rouge from the 3 you mentioned but I think D&G Intense is more of a date night compliment getter as that’s exactly when I wore it and would get compliments. The orange blossom just took over in the summer months for me. I think the L’Interdit line is a little more classy, Rouge being the more spicy from the line but still a more classy, grown up line. Hope this helps.
