I wish the creative director for this video would have shot this throughout the entirety of the complex or home. It would have added to the tension and longing he was professing & with that change of atmosphere (maybe room to room) or up an elevator in slo-mo / to the room while she's experiencing flashbacks but its really him experiencing them since he's the one declaring "still your best" would have personalized the video in a way that woulda captured the memory we all have of being in a circumstance like this. (speaking from the former cause im happy in my relationship lmaoooo but you know what i mean) I miss that kinda detail in music videos visual storytelling feels like a dying art and somebody needa come up in here and preserve it especially for artists who make actual music. but thats my likkle two cent nobody ask for so lemme go on ahead
