Omg!!! I was just finish watching your channel, picking up where i have left. And continue here.! ♥️ both of u are my inspiration! Love love your family. And oh, my mom as well.
I can see Hannah adopting children as she gets older. She the only one (I )seen that seemed so caring and genuine about the whole experience. Yes the kids had fun shopping but Hannah followed and listened to the owner as she was explaining and telling their story about Hope's Chest. The kids will definitely NEVER forget about this experience.
Because of the trauma that comes with adoption, it might've been hard for them to be in there so it doesn't show even if they are actually taking in everything. Especially their older kids from foster care who used to benefit from the closet.
Hannah wears her heart on her sleeve. There are very good reasons why most who have been in care do not. It is important not to compare them in this way based on such a short snippet of this experience. Survivors' guilt is real and these experiences likely bring up a lot of emotions for all of them.
Max was standing there as well. And Ariana too. The others likely were exploring with the littles. They were all excited about picking out and donating the shoes so they truly are genuine.
I think everyone handles things differently. I wouldn’t compare them I’m sure they all loved doing what they did. Not every person speaks and acts the same way.
The fact that they were once the kids that were using all of these clothes and shoes and everything is so special, she was crying because she knew she had almost nothing and now has alot of things not anyone has, so thankful for you guys, people who hit 500k usually party or a giveaway but this is 2847% times better❤️
As a former retail employee all I can think is how happy that sales guy is about the goal for the day 🤣 but also this is so wholesome! I love that you’re donating so many shoes to those kids!! 🥰
good idea because people that can afford still go to goodwill and thrift stores when really they do not need to but, my sister fostered children and often she got an emergency child that came with nothing and luckily my sister was prepared but, absolute nothing, she did get payments for the foster kids and she spent that all on the foster kids.
I'm sitting here crying seeing your children so joyful to give back. This is truly a testament to the gifts of service that you and Aaron have taught them! You've covered every size and style! So grateful there are people like you in this world. You are not only great role model for your kids but for all of us. Thank you for sharing this with us.
I almost started crying when the receipt came out and kept going and going. Every line on that receipt represents one foster child who will now have a BRAND NEW pair of shoes for the school year. ❤️
Your kids are all wonderful and amazingly generous. I feel like Hannah deserves an extra shout out here. She started with looking out for stuff she liked, moved on to kids shoes, then said she noticed there were a lot of small boxes and went and got bigger sizes. She is then incredibly grateful for the items she owns and wants to give away all her stuff because it makes her sad people don't have enough. She really took this seriously and appreciated the moment! It's made me smile a lot.
I really can see a lot of changes in the kids now, but the one that sticks out the most is Lucas, he is feeling the love and i s becoming a very calm confident young man. Max is also changed for good as he is maturing and Brody is also more confident. Good job.
Anyone else cried the whole time! It's incredible to think of how many kids this has impacted! You guys are incredible and have influenced me to want to adopt and foster when I am older.
Hannah is the most selfless ever I can really feel how grateful and how appreciative she is with all that she had. It was really cute when your new boys were naming the shoes haha and you guys definitely deserve all the things you have happy 500k and Congratulations 💖🎉
It's amazing how many people go through life with a closed fist. Nothing can go out, nothing can come in. Open your heart, mind, and hand. When you start to give, it is amazing what comes back!
I couldn’t imagine the thoughts and feelings the kids were feeling as they were bringing the shoes into Helen’s Hope Chest. You can almost feel the joy they were having as they were picking out the shoes with the knowledge of “giving back” but when they walked into Helen’s Hope Chest and the reality hit them, I’m sure many of them experienced a sense of deja vu. Hannah’s emotional expression was touching. She realized she has been given so much and this experience was a reminder of this. Thank you for sharing such an important topic with us and for the reminder to give when we can.🤟🏻💕
Hannah always has a special place in my heart, I love how genuine and giving she is, all the kids are amazing but her she’s so selfless and you can see the happiness she has for other people when something good happens to them. Thank you for being you Hannah ❤️
You whole family has impacted me in a way I can’t even really articulate. RU-vid was the first place I saw families living the way I want to live one day. I feel like I can watch your vlogs and envision my future. It’s real. It’s tangible. It’s so close. Thank you for sharing your journeys each and every day but especially today. I have immense gratitude for life right now.
I have the same feeling about their family. I’ve fantasized about starting the foster care journey to grow my family and since watching their videos, I’ve actually completed my licensing classes and will be applying soon 😊
This whole thing is so special. Me being gay, and through watching you guys, I know I will go through adoption. But also not having much, at least right now, i most likely would have to use an organization such as this. So from future me, even though it may not affect me right now, i thank you for your generosity and love.
By not skipping ads, I feel that I am also contributing to the shoes they bought.... for sure these shoes will bring smile and confidence to the kids there.
I.Love.This! When parents not only model community service, but also draw their kids into with them, it has such an amazing effect. It helps kids develop a heart for service and people, and it creates amazing family memories. Well done, Crazy Pieces family! I truly believe that "to those who are given much, much will be expected," and you are giving from the heart. I'll say it again: Well done!
I really like what the lady at Helen's Hope Chest said. It is really important that kids can have actually fashionable clothes and shoes. Usually, it's the old and outdated stuff that gets donated, but kids need to feel confident and accepted by their peers. Especially teenagers..
You can choose anything for celebrate your 500k, like, I don't know, do a trip. But no, you choose to give. This is the reason I choose to follow you a few month ago, for you kindness and generosity. Congrats, you all deserve the best ! Thanks for all. ❤️
My father was a orphan and he only got 1 present for Christmas it was a fountain pen. He never forgot it. So this video touched me so much I could not stop crying. God Bless you all.
I just donated all my kids clothes ( that no longer fit ) to the local foster home. I had no idea we even had one but after this video I researched. They were so so so thankful. I walked out feeling so good ! Thank you for this video.
Honestly, I feel like Hannah and Ariana would. They were there when Crystal asked about the age and to me it looked like Ariana was at least considering it for a bit. And Hannah seemed very connected to this place (I'm not sure 'connected' is the right word but I don't know how to word it) But again, they shouldn't feel obligated to do so and I may be wrong, it's just how I felt it
Hannah made me cry with her (‘: and this video has me hoping that one day with my own kids I can take them to donate to an organization like this because giving back is always so humbling
This is so off subject, but I can’t wait for Joe to find that special someone. He’s such an awesome and genuine man. One day he will find that person that is his best friend and compliments him in all he does. He truly is a light for others!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
My cousin was adopted when she was 6 weeks old and a few years ago we decided to visit a foster group home and take the kids all Christmas presents and make a little Christmas party for them with presents and junk food. It was THE most life changing experience of my life. I'll never forget that experience. I now live with my family in a different country but I'm seriously looking at finding a place where my family and I can help give foster kids a better Christmas and something to smile about. This video reminded me of that feeling and has inspired me to want to help more. Thank You!!
It was so heartwarming to see the kids pick up shoes for other kids. It really is amazing what you guys do and i definitely don't regret foolowing your channel. We don't have such a big donation/charity drive back in my country but its nice to see people coming together to donate for the children who need them. This birthday i had planned to start small and donate all my stuffed toys that had barely been played with and as well as masks due to this pandemic. Thanks for inspiring all of us to be better human beings.
I was a foster child. I always hoped for a set of parents that truly cared and loved me. It is so nice to live through your family as it brings me hope for all the beautiful children out there who long to be a part of something kind of wonderful. I love all of you and will continue to support all of you.
Bless you, Aaron, for thinking of the big feet! My just turned 14yo wears a 17extra wide. He's not in Foster care but there is nothing that says no foster kiddo has big feet. ❤️
Krystal, you’re raising some very precious children because they are able to see what they have and what others don’t and for them to have experienced some, if not all of the trials and tribulations they have seen or experienced and getting something out of it other than bitterness, that is a wonderful thing.
I haven't skipped any of your ads, since last year. And I could say that it is all worth it. You guys truly deserve to be supported in the best way we can. ❤️ Huge congratulations on your new milestone, reaching 500k is no joke. All your hardwork, stress, sweat and efforts has finally been validated. Wishing you guys more success and blessings. Love you guys to the Neptune and back! Sending virtual hugs from the Philippines.
My brother's church in Florida does an annual "Shoes for Souls" drive to donate shoes to the local schools so counselors can give shoes to needy kids who often show up at school in barefoot or broken flip flops. Nice work to your family
My mom and me use to go and take my kids to Helen hope chest when we were having a tough year financially and now I give back all the time love this video you guys rock
Love that the hopes charity gives out a quilt to the kids. That would be so comforting. Especially for kids that comes from neglected backgrounds who might not of always had something to keep them warm.
"It's not enough to love the children, it is necessary that they are aware they are loved" - St John Bosco. What powerful quote from one of my favourite Saints! ❤ & Congratulations Crazy Pieces for 500k!!
The 48 people, as I am watching this, that disliked this video have no heart... literately. I think that you, the crazy pieces family, is the nicest, sweetest, and most caring family out there on RU-vid. You know first hand how foster care works and what small amount of clothing your children came with and how sad it really is that these innocent kids dont have a home and dont have many things in their name and possession. With this RU-vid channel, you gathered 500,000+ people from all around the world to subscribe to you and to see the whole process from picking children up from the shelters, to fostering them, to adopting them and making them your forever children and that is what I think is the most important thing. You are showing exactly what happens to these poor kids in these homes and how you can make their life so much better by 1, adopting them and 2 not even knowing kids but buying 126 pairs of shoes to go to random children. This is truly an amazing video and I will never forget it. I wish you all in the crazy pieces family the best of luck with everything and I hope that you can continue to aide and help these kids that are stuck in foster care. God bless you all!!
Imagine going to this famous footwear right after the Crazy Pieces family lmao 🤣 no more shoes left!! Y’all did an amazing job and such a beautiful wonderful thing!!
I am so happy to see your family celebrate 500k in this manner. Instead of throwing a party. This is a testament to your loving, giving heart and the reason God blesses your family over and over again.
It would be nice if Alex can volunteer while he's figuring out what to do next for his life. This can be the breakthrough that he's been waiting. Love your family so much, I can really sense the care that the kids have for other Foster children while they were choosing the shoes 🥺❤️
At this point I feel like a part of the family. My day is not complete without you guys, Thank you for being such an inspiration you deserve all the blessings in the world, love you guys ❤️.
What a wonderful thing for you to do. I cried so hard when Hannah started crying. The excitement, the joyfulness of it all. It was great. You have a wonderful family. Love it!!
The new boys already seem super comfortable, and their voices are so cute. I found it cute when one of them said he wanted to show Lucas the long receipt. Congrats on 5000k subs, you guys deserve it, you're all so sefless and humble, you've really helped those in need. ❣️❣️❣️
I’m in tears 10 minutes into this. This is such a thoughtful and beautiful thing you helped your kids with and for these foster kids! You guys definitely deserve the 500k!
What you have done is amazing. It was shocking to hear how many children the charity helled a month. Im so grateful for people like you guys because you've not only helped the children you've got but you're alos helping many more.
When I tell you I cried during this video, I mean I bawled like a baby. I’m so moved by your beautiful family. This Monday is my first day as a CPS Conservatorship Worker here in Texas, and I want y’all to know you absolutely inspired me to go into this field. I love you guys so much.
This is why I look forward to your vlogs everyday. You bring so much joy into so many lives. I love how many kids you have helped through this event! God bless you all!
What a great moment to share with people around the world especially in a time where there is so much division. This shows that we are strong because of our communities supporting each other. What a great moment for the kids as well to be able to give what was given to them when they first went into care. This is truly what it means to pay it forward on many levels.
What a wonderful experience for your kids. You can tell kids and you can show them, but this experience was the reality of most of your kids. I think it will be something that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. A great lesson of giving back and volunteering for a place that helps foster kids.
My heart is full of love for this vlog. It brings back so many memories of my work as a social worker for CPS in California. Foster children are so grateful for everything that they receive. They are a true joy. My love and respect goes out to Crystal, Aaron, and ALL of their precious children, past, present, and future.
This is so special! I am a DCF Social Worker in CT. You have no idea the things I see. Clothing donations are easier to access. But shoes for sure is one of the most needed items for our kids in foster care. Thank you for all you do!
This is such a fantastic lesson teaching children how to give back to folks who are less fortunate. The children were so enthusiastic in their choices. I love their energy. Good job Brody in your choices.
I might have to lose my home, But this video Humbled me, I'm crying very happy tears for all the children that are being helped. Joe and Brody looked to be having fun together.
You, your family, and your entire platform are a huge inspiration to everyone. My family and I enjoy learning from your selflessness and caring spirit. Thank you ☺️
One of the new boys naming the shoes after shows made me laugh very much 😭. Thankyou for everything you do Crystal and Aaron for ever appreciate it :). You have amazing kids and how happy and emotional they get it shows how much they care and how kind they are. Lots of love to you guys
When Alex was running & said wrong store I laughed until I cried. Lucas flying Aurora was also cute with her laughing. Wonderful thing to buy shoes for foster Children. Your family is wonderful. Was wondering how u were going to fit them n the van. 💕💖💗💝💞💟
I am lost for words at how amazing and incredible this video is. I am thankful for being apart of this, congratulations on 500k, but I feel you all really outdid yourselves to thank us, you deserve endless thanks for what your family just did here. I can only imagine what an experience this was for your family and that emotion really pours through the screen and directly into all of our hearts. Truly touched by this, I won't be forgetting this incredible video anytime soon. Congratulations again, and thank you. ❤
I watched this video in tears as I reflect on my adoption experience…. I also honor all those who contribute to make the life of a child a little easier… May God continue to bless your family as you bless others….💞 from 🇯🇲
My twin sister and I were adopted as babies. This video. Brought tears of joy. God bless you all thank you for giving back. It's inspired me to get back because me and my twin was one of those kids that didn't have much but we did have love❤
