I shaved it when I was 14 because I was so self-conscious about my arm hair since people pointed out it was gross.....now I regret it, but I can't let it grow out again because it'd take too long and I'd have weird stubbles.... :'(

henna is kind off easy for me as its my culture and i am only 12 and i wear henna 3 or 4 times a year according to occasion and I recommend wear over night so u will be task free and its perfectly fine for me wearing henna anytime

Saf said that Freddie had permission from HR to appear in Saf's channel. i would imagine Michelle did, too, since Saf wouldn't want to risk that. I imagine since Saf's channel is just her as a person and not as a company, they're more lenient about allowing them to show up since there are no contracts involved here and it would be overstepping to say they aren't allowed to appear in their REAL friends' videos bc it's a part of Saf's life. It'd be harder to say Saf can't record them than it is to say one of their own employees did something "with another company". The lines are a little less blurry there (even if still wildly unfair).

Like everyone said, she wasn't influenced by Lady Like. You can actually see Lady Like's decline in content quality now that Saf has left for about a year now. The content is more "HOW TO GET ATTENTION" oriented rather than good & entertaining content. So many you tubers make a lot of "diy henna" videos, and they give out incorrect information about it, leaving a lot of younger americans confused as to what henna really is. When I was younger I was at Daytona Beach spring break and got a henna tattoo on my lower back (aging myself here because these were popular at the time) and I was pretty drunk. Basically, right after I got it, it smeared and looked like a giant brown blob....so for couple weeks I had deal with it, but luckily no one really saw it unless I was sitting and my shirt came up in the back. Let this be a lesson kids: don't drink and henna!!

I've gotten henna done a couple of times, and I love the way it looks! The first time, I was told to use lemon juice to keep it moist longer so it would get darker... I remember using the lemon juice and keeping it on for nearly 12 hours (I didn't sleep with it on) before letting it dry enough to fall off. It turned out really nice, and stayed vibrant for over a month!

If you see previous videos, she has a tattoo on her hand. I thought it was an actual tattoo, but I believe this is when she got that one, as in the last part of the video it looks the same color as the one she has on the other videos. She did mention she had some circumstances that made her hold the release of the video, so timeline kinda matches :)

No she does not have a tattoo. Sol Sierra meant that in one of Safiya's previous video she had the same henna on her hand and she mistook it for a real tat when it was just the henna in this vid
