Omg this makes me feel 100% better, I recently just got diagnosed with ADD, along with already having being diagnosed with social anxiety, general anxiety and panic disorder.
Just remember what ever you can’t do there is something bigger and better that you can suffer myself with adhd aswell yous are amazing family so inspirational for me to watch
I was diagnosed when I was 22 and I'm exactly the same as Grace, my top tip for tidying and chores is to get dressed as if you're going out, put on a pair of outside shoes and then don't take them off until it's done - Works for me every time!!

She made good selections on what she wanted, including the clothes that weren’t Joel approved! 😉 Kidding 😆 Be careful on your holiday to Mexico! There’s been some incidents with tourist getting harmed in areas that are considered safe from gangs and cartels! Be safe!!
I got diagnosed when I was 7 years old. I know exactly how you feel and how I’m 22 I’ve had 15 years to learn how to cope with it and deal with certain things because I knew from young. Which I’m so grateful for ❤️
@@isla-m7t5imy school recognised there “was something wrong with me” and so did my mum. I got diagnosed at the Edwin Lobo centre. Schools can’t diagnose but they can refer a child to get tested. Hope this helps x

Honestly the best RU-vid family out there ❤ I got diagnosed with ADHD from a young age and I'm now 22 it's crazy the steps you go through especially with development but you just got to keep pushing and remember your in control! I get overwhelmed with so many day to day things but it's knowing how to manage with it , you've got the best support around you and don't ever be afraid to ask for help ❤❤❤

I just kept refreshing my RU-vid the second it hits 18:00 😂😂😂😂 You guys never have to apologise, I think people have to realise that you guys have such a busy life, the fact you have dés vu, solskin, AND the channel AND FIVE kids that range from 2-18!! My daughter is 19 and she got diagnosed with adhd about 4 years ago. She really struggled focusing at school and gets really overwhelmed also about the mess in her room. She’s now working and doing a lot better, although her room is still a mess 😂
