Amen! I was constantly battling vaginal bacteria; at one point my primary doctor wanted me to have a hysterectomy. Then I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 after going through 33 rounds of radiation and then put on a chemo pill for 5 years ...I now have degenerative arthritis in both knees and in my neck. Years of being a cosmetologist and now I can't function like I used to. I strive every day after separation in 2021 after 32 years of marriage. I am blessed to have the wonderful support system when it comes to my sister and my children. I thank God that he is pulling me through.

This so real.. I’ve been narcissist free from parent, siblings and relationships for a while now. My hair thicken , my skin is glowing and I am getting everything I desire. This how dark these people are they will ruin everything for you. It took me 8 years to heal alone in the wilderness with God. I am stronger, wiser and given them my a** to kiss. Every time they watch me I’m on another level. They won’t figure you out because as a empath/chosen one we are naturally unpredictable. Once they think they figure us out it will be an illusion for them. We are always changing and leveling up.

Hi Mami! I saw my ex narc tonight at work. I ingnoered him when I walked in to talk to my coworker. I gave have him my back while I was talking. I knew he was there when I walked in. He thought he destroyed me. He must be shocked in still living my best life!!!!!! I wanted him to know I'm done with him and he won't hey a reaction from me. 11 months no contact. I’ve never had issues with going no contact even during the relationship. When he went silent, I went super silent and after a few days here he come…can we be friends again? 🤣 You see he understood when I ignored him I made him doubt his own existence! If anyone is struggling with no contact, you just change their name to Satan or demon as a reminder as to who is calling and/or texting. You put yourself on silent mode just like a phone. Trust and believe they eventually get the message!

The games and obvious low key consistent hate was ridiculous. I was trapped and she was exposed for who she really was when she had me right where she wanted me. I'm a 67yr old female, who's an empath/ earth angel and I attacted 2 husband's who were narcissist, and born three children between the two...so I call myself divorcing them so my children wouldn't be exposed to their behavior...But guess what??? The children has there father's DNA in them of narcissistic behavior and turned on me...they're all grown now and they turned my grandchildren against me and I have three great grand, the oldest is five and they don't know me...I went no contact with them ALL!!! So I'm 95% healed and living my life, and I pray alot...so the moral of this story is...be careful who u let fertilize ur soil,...u might produce a DEMON!!!

Thank you so much! Finally someone is properly addressing the "Forgiveness Issue"! They COUNT ON your forgiveness... and that is part of their whole victim mentality game and score sheet. Beating them at their own game means understanding this issue of forgiveness using our own empathy for our own pain of being duped and dumped. What we need is their empathy and caring in a good exchange but we have to settle for our own empathy for our own pain. It is a matter of SELF PRESERVATION not to forgive the narcissist because they are feeding off of that trust in them.

Straight facts, my narc dad would always paint a diminishing picture of my mom. Until I got older, I seen things for what it truly was. As adults me and my other siblings don't want anything to do with my dad. Like he thought, thinking we would all be glued to his side forever. He makes our bby sis live with him. Work at the same job, cook, clean, etc. Creating sick jokes about her thinking they are in a relationship. When in reality he has conditioned her with this mindset since forever. All I can continue to do is pray for her smh. That she leaves soon.

I just got a chance, after months of no contact, to use all I’ve learned against him. I’m selling the house we both own, so we’re communicating because of that. But he just had to make it personal. But he didn’t realize I have months of learning about myself and him through content like this video. I was able to flip his lies and tactics against him by simply rebutting his lies with the truth and evidence I’ve gathered in the past year. He left that conversation nervous about which of his friends know the truth and off balance as I called out all of his tactics that worked before.

One thing about a narc I dealt with that was draining and meant to keep me on edge is that he'd text me throughout the day and I told him I prefer to talk, not text. So he would call me several times a day and talk to me for two minutes ONLY and then tell me he'd call me back--just to keep me waiting. IT WAS A GAME AND A 🥕 CARROT HE DANGLED. He got discarded after two weeks and tried to hoover, but I didnt respond. I feel liberated!!

Narc husband was telling me not to go to his shop - don’t have time for me… just to find out everyone else could.. fount pictures.. especially his female “friends”.. never put a picture of me/ his wife on Facebook.. didn’t even tell anyone we got married… saying we will have proper wedding with guests and friends when we have proper ceremony… lied to his “friends” about my job, cos was not good enough for him.. had mental breakdown in 2021 and slept on streets, I couldn’t take more pain!
