Enter to win my Indian Chief here! www.brandonbic...
I finally had to give up my wrecked 2022 Indian Chief to get more work done. This gave me time to go over the well received criticisms since starting this series.

telling ya man, Patreon exclusive for the giveaway. You got 24k followers here and only 33 on patreon. Drive some folks over there even if only for a month. Could even just do Extra entries for Patreon subs if you don't want to close it off to other people, but if you could drive 50-60% of your YT crowd over there you'll get a nice return on all the hard work and it's only $1 for the lowest tier. Nobody's gonna complain about that. No matter what route you take, I've loved this series! Keep it up.

“It’s easier to criticize than to create.” I always think of that quote when some keyboard commando decides to criticize what I’m doing. Love watching your growth with both the bike and with RU-vid! You can’t please everyone like you said, and the sooner you have that realization and stop giving a fck what other people think, and just worry about doing what you do to make yourself happy, the better off you are. Your thought processes in going with a wrecked bike is spot on, and people love to see the challenge. Many don’t think of RU-vid as a business. You’ve got the right perspective IMO, and you make great points! Onward and upwards sir! 🛠

As a die-hard Indian lover, this series has kept me excited the whole way through. You learned what’s possible about yourself as well as getting to know how things work on the motorcycle. If you’ve rebuilt it even from OEM parts, you know more about that bike now that you’ve put in the sweat (and maybe sometimes blood) to bring it back to life. I was so happy there wasn’t any engine damage and it was mostly cosmetic things that, with a little elbow grease and research, could be fixed. Anything worth spending time on will work in the end, don’t let the haters discourage you from your goals!

I just finished a two-year build on a chopper that started as a frame and a motor both bought on eBay and separate from one another. Going through the process, working through the parts, going to Washington Highway Patrol for VIN verification, and parts for roadworthiness, the whole journey was incredible and stressful. I would not have it any other way. My relationship with the bike is more personal and valuable to me. I have loved every step of this journey for you. Honestly, I have really looked forward to your content as you have built this Indian out. The future is fantastic for you man, keep killing it!

Brandon, I think I speak for a lot of smaller motovloggers in saying that I thought this series was fantastic. And let me clarify that A) I am not really a fan of the whole "wrecked-bike-rebuild" genre and B) I am not an Indian guy. What makes it so good is: 1) You're Brandon and we all like you 2) You have been fearless in attempting things you have never tried before - on camera - which I know I learned a lot from just watching this (like I never knew you can gently pry open the fork trees to make it easier to drop the fork legs out thank you for that one!) - so yeah, you kinda represent all of us struggling in our garages with our own bikes 3) Your attitude is just so upbeat and great, it's totally infectious - I am astounded that there are actually idiots out there who would not be cheering you on... WTF people? Do your thing, Young Gun and pay no attention to the trolls - I read a great saying today, it goes like this: "A Worker Bee does not try to explain the effort needed to produce honey to flies who eat sh-t all day." Keep making the honey, dude. Bravo.

What makes this series so much more intriguing, is unlike some other larger channels, you did this all by yourself. Some said larger channels did a similar series but had a professional with them the entire way through, where you did it all yourself in a way that the common motorcycle enthusiast would.

You never have to justify what you do to anyone Bicasso. This is your channel, your ideas, your creative integrity and your learning. You didn’t have to show us your journey with this “rebuild” but you did and I for one am grateful for your genius in doing so, warts and all! 💯 in my book. The nay sayers are exactly that…nay they don’t matter! We are planning on moving to NC in a few years. I’ll hopefully be back in May next year to meet up with some Motovloggers in NC too. Of course would like to drop on and say Gday. Good on ya for doing this Bicasso! You are still the greatest creative Motovlog content creator in my view!

I have been enjoying this series and appreciate that you are doing this. (This type of build is something I have only thought of doing for years now.) It says a lot about your self-confidence that you are willing to film and document your learning experiences. Most of us don't like people watching us when we are doing something for the first time or learning something new. As far as "making everybody happy" goes, like you said, it's not possible. Just don't worry about the unhappy people and keep doing things the way you think is best. You appear to have a good understanding of what makes for an interesting RU-vid channel and will just keep on growing.

This hit home for me. I just finished filming my journey learning, fixing, researching and modifying my triumph. It's a bike where all the crap underneath near the exhaust, is welded together. It means so much more that I had to INVENT ways to make what I want happen, to happen. There was a lot of resilience and perseverance that was practiced and exercised during that trial. It means so much more to do something that others aren't doing. Keep that up!

This is a great series. Took a lot of guts to go into this somewhat blind with just a desire to overcome adversity and do something new to you. I won't speak for others but speaking for me I am very appreciative of this learning experience. I have learned a lot, at the top of that list is not being afraid to take a chance and there are always options. There will always be people that think they know more than you and you hit the nail on the head, if they do know more, instead of being critical they should start their own RU-vid channel and show us how it's done. Thanks for what you do Brandon this is a great channel. Hope to run into you someday, would be an honor.

You are truly an inspiration to so many of us. Seeing you learn so much from your genesis project is a big part of what keeps me coming back for more. The struggles you have with it just show us what we can expect and relate to. It’s been too long without a bike and I’ve spent too much time looking at so many bikes I love but can’t afford. Showing me this process gives me hope that there’s another way for me to get back into riding. I feel like I’m experiencing the triumphs with you when I see the smile on your face after every step. Don’t focus on those that you aren’t “pleasing” but instead relish in the victory of bringing joy to those of us that are here with you on your journey. Keep up the awesome work my friend. Much love.

Best luck with the build I’ll be following it for sure!

You made the same choice I would have when doing this bike build series. I’ve been building cars and bikes for decades and every time someone talks crap about what I’m doing or how I’m doing it, I just ask them to show me what they’ve built. They always walk away at that point because they haven’t built s#!t their whole worthless life. Some people just love hating on other people. I don’t get it. I’m doing a bike build on my YT channel right now with a 43 year old bike. To me, it’s more exciting to bring something back to life than it is to just bolt on new parts to a new bike. You’re doing it right Brandon. Don’t change a thing.

gr8 stuff: I "rebuilt" my scooter with a CA title after a super light hit in the rear end from a car where I did not even fall over. The guy's insurance offered me a check for $2000 after buying back that scooter and I only had to repair the fender and go through a brake/tail horn etc inspection at a motorcycle shop then apply for a new title at DMV. Now out of state title salvage would probably need a more detailed inspection.

I would really love for you to keep this bike man. You've put you blood sweat and I would imagine tears. Either way great job looking for to more content

I've been watching most of this build and it wasn't bad. You were doing the best you could, with what you had at hand, and everybody has to start some where. When I can get my shit together for my build, I'll be in the same place. Don't know if I ever asked, but did you ever see The Illistraters two builds, his bmw k1100 is bad ass.

I have had a problem like the bolts in the frame you had. Wake up at 2 A.M. with an idea of how to fix my problem and get up and go out in the garage and see if my idea will work. I knew after getting the idea in my head I wouldn't be able to go back to sleep. Most of the time my idea worked.

Watched this vid and then went back binged the playlist 😆. I can’t wait to see how things turn out. You’re totally right small wins are just as important as big wins maybe even more important apply that to anything.

As a Chief owner, this series is much more interesting than seeing someone throw on new parts on a new bike. It gets me more excited to wrench on my own bike knowing what you were capable of with hell of a lot of determination. Can't wait to see the end result and follow your struggles and victories.

Project genesis is going to be awesome and bringing back a bike like this seems daunting to me. There are always folks that are going to frown upon you actually making the move to bring back a bike without a pro's touch but honestly, to hell with them. HAters will always hate but not I bro. Appreciate the fact your giving the average dude like myself content to work off of. This is all about the experience and the satisfaction of achieving the goal, bravo my G. Hope I get this bad boy so I can enjoy it as I did the story behind it.

I love this series. My only critique is that you addressed the critics. Bunch of do nothings talking out of their butts out of jealousy. I wonder how many of those critics are going to enter the giveaway.

This has been a very entertaining and rewarding series to watch. You've taken your own money ( maybe some from your Patreon subscribers ) and started a journey. A journey that could have ended in a loss for both you and your subscribers. Because they wouldn't have seen a finished motorcycle. Quite risky. But taking chances adds spice to life. Your perspective is both positive and realistic. All go and no quit. The result? A series where everyone wins. Both you one your subscribers. I personally don't have the space available for a project like that. Nor the resources. So it's definitely not something I would take on. But for some. A project like this would enhance their lives. And I'd be on the other side of the screen. Cheering them on. No matter what. With that being said. Your videos are top notch. Very entertaining, and rewarding to watch. I'm quite excited to see what you do next. So get on it.

Haters going to hate, I love what you're doing and it takes guts. As an Indian rider I love that your doing that instead of an HD. Nothing against HD I just love something different. So keep it up and what some folks don't understand it the journey and not the destination. Thanks for bringing us on your journey its been a great trip so far.

This series has been great. I think you're ready to go find a $500-1500 project bike on fb market place and do a custom build. Maybe something fast like a V65 Magna.

Even if you were an expert or had years of wrenching under your belt, there will always be critics!!! Everyone has a different way of doing things and it is all about learning brother! Keep doing it. I would like to do this exact same thing some day and will be in the same boat as you, so I have been very vested in this re-build series. Great job !

Enjoying the series! You took a risk, went outside your comfort zone, learned some new skills and it paid off! In my book even if it didn’t work out, it would’ve been worth it.
