I know this is gonna sound weird, but its so nice watching people who have a fun relationship with fitness. I VERY much struggle with getting excited to go to the gym - this content makes we want to go and have a good time - honestly, really motivating!

Extremely late reply, but finding/trying a new sport, like training something different once a week, maybe take a course besides the gym for a while might help with motivation 😊
