sad, only 128mb of ram....its gonna throttle quite abite if im to travel back to hanoi .....especially VPN loses quite abit from Dlink's offerring or the top expensive product line, netgear..... and the casing, it seems to be a re-tooled powerbank lol
I am going to check out what is the maximum VPN throughput with a real VPN provider, not a local VPN server anymore. Let's see how the device is doing in real life. Sadly the USB C dock is only 100Mbps so I have to do it with WiFi, which will slow down the throughput a little bit.
@@VanTechCorner Anh oi, think you may have to purchase those other Dlink or Travel 4G./LTE, with their stated price difference. this as a travel router works, but for some, like myself, if i can get it AiO, slate AX with 4G capabilities with 4GB of ram, it will be replacement for ALL my networking needs. Slate barely scraps through the ADguard with the rest of the protection. if they created docker, it might be even more rombust than other off the shelve offerrings.
Good question, I would like to see how GL-iNet response to this. For now, I haven't see this option on their GL-Inet Web-UI, but, ... On OpenWrt, there are packages to deal with the montly quota. And GL-iNet is based on OpenWrt, so you can install these package and have it configured via LuCI/SSH. Do check this out openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/wan/wwan/bandwith_caps_gb_quota
