A lot of points I like about this update although there is a few problems that i'm sure part 2 will address anyways, but my most favorite has to be the new gemstones and the way they finally complete mining affecting every aspect of the game, I feel like skills tend to be their own thing and not really overlap with each other but with the new gemstones mining now affects fishing, farming, and foraging (in 3 weeks) that everyone will want as upgrades and use from now on while connecting the game together a bit more

My favourite part of the updrate are the commitions, i didn't enjoy dm and ch comms but i'm liking a lot these new comms: they're a lot quicker and doing mineshaft parties is the only time when miners work together

My favorite part of the update is the general lore and storytelling, with the fossils and corpse loot. As well as the basecamp itself! Also sbxp and money go hard too, which is epic.

Fav part is the start of the divans equipment kinda always wanted real mining equipment and also the mineshafts are a cool concept and i kinda hope they expand on them!

Another trick to make more money gemstone mining is to first activate mining speed boost then swap to gemstone infusion when hotm 10 and activate gemstone infusion when mining speed boost runs out.

Until_the_end: my favorite part is the new comms, they just seem so much more unique than the other ones especially the dwarves mines ones

My favourite part is having new gemstones and items to apply them to, also new penguin pet will probably be cool if they add special sea creatures in there

I think my favorite part is all of the new pets and forgeable items, because even the people that aren't super high hotm like me can still participate somewhat

You can also use the sinseeker scythe and that’s pretty cheep

Pendant of Divan (Shattered Locket) is on average, one in 300 from Skeleton Keys (Vanguard Corpse), there is no way someone sold one for as low as 3,500,000,000. Surely… 🤯 How much do you think it should be worth?

A bit of a nerdy take... but by setting npc prices for these things to be non existent is smart by the admin making it so inflation dont go bomba and even takes from circulation cus bz tax Ign FoldedCastle

The recipe for the skeleton key is stupid. I think you need an umber plate, tugnsten plate, and mithril plate. It's so expecive because of the forge time. It can maybe take 50-100 hours give or take, to forge the mats for 1 skeleton key. The forge times are outdated and need to change. Or they could buff quick forge to be A LOT better. The pendant of Divan is impossible to get for Ironman players.
